These two girls have provided me with great customer service. They brought us free Rice Krispie treats and extra chips. They also gave me refills and were very talkative and polite. I Got a small Caesar salad and 6 Caribbean Jerk wings to go. Caesar salad had pickles in it, the wings were so soggy and medium rare at best that I could not eat them. We stopped at this pizza joint while passing through Jonesboro on a late Saturday evening. The place was fairly busy but we were able to place our order within five minutes and took a seat. We ordered the KUJO pizza and it was delicious! This was our second time at Lost Pizza but our first time at the Hilltop location. We liked the vibe of this location better. 80's music rocking the whole time. Loved it. We both had the lunch special that came with a two topping individual pizza, a garden salad, and a drink. We also had a half dozen of their tamales as an appetizer. The tamales were huge and delicious. Pizzas were full of stringy cheese and the salads were bountiful. Everything was so fresh and delicious. They also have really good freshly brewed iced tea. Last time we were in Jonesboro, we ate at this Lost Pizza. Food was lack luster at best! My wife and I both said we would not eat here again. We are in Jonesboro again for family business an we wanted a pizza. We were staying at Embassy Suites so we thought we would try Lost Pizza again. My bad! We were told delivery would be in 25 minutes. 1 Hour, 15 minutes later, our pizza arrived. It wasn't hot, luke warm in fact; had very little cheese or pepperoni on it and the dough was not done. We ended up just spit canning most of it. I will NOT make this mistake again. Never!!! This is NOT good pizza and arriving almost an hour late, UNACCEPTABLE!! read more

Ordered a thin crust small pizza, received something that I would call thick. Pizza was extremely undercooked. The top half of the pizza was raw dough. Wings were also undercooked. Tried this place at the recommendation of some coworkers. Ordered an individual pizza with thin crust and an order of garlic breadsticks to go. Picked up the order and headed home. On my drive, I decided to sneak a piece of garlic "bread"sticks. Turns out this is just their thin pizza crust with some butter and garlic brushed on. No "bread" to be found. But the REAL problem was the complete lack of garlic. These things had zero flavor. I seriously ended up putting garlic powder on them when I got home. The pizza was next. Decent amount of the veggie topping I ordered as well as good amount of cheese (I ordered extra). However, I ordered my pizza with roasted garlic and paid $1.10 for it and once again there was not a speck of garlic on this pizza. The crusts seem like they are frozen store bought. After having lived in Boston and New York and understanding what real pizza is, I'm just going to chalk this up to my coworkers need to get out more! I will say that while I was waiting to pick up my order, several salads went out of the kitchen that looked pretty great and there were lots of people eating their sandwiches so I may try again but avoid the pizza altogether. read more

The management at this establishment is outstanding. While the staff did seem young they were exceptional nonetheless. They were very adamant about making sure i got EXACTLY what i wanted. The Court Street Panini was almost as incredible as the service. I will definitely be returning very soon. read more
