I have eaten here in the past and usually order a large Otis pizza. I always thought the pizzas were good. However, this week, I was so disappointed in my pizza that I may never go back. The otis is a loaded pizza with lots of meat but this time I decided to get a Lucille which has chicken, bacon, and tomato with a drizzle of ranch. It is only a dollar cheaper so I figured they would, at least, put a good layer of chicken & bacon to make it worth the price. When I picked up my pizza the box was so lightweight that I actually looked to make sure it had a pizza in there. When I started to eat it i felt like I was eating a piece of construction paper with a lot of tomato sauce and cheese. The crust was so thin that it actually had a few holes in it. The chicken and bacon was small flat pieces that you couldn't see thru the sauce and it was very scarcely scattered on the pizza. Within a 6 mile radius of my home, I have 15 - 16 pizza restaurants to choose from. I paid more for this scrawny, too wet pizza than anywhere else and it was horrible. I could have gotten a Tony's frozen pizza at the grocery store and enjoyed it more. With the pizza places in my area to choose from, in the future, sadly I won't be getting another pizza from them. read more

"Voted best pizza is saline county" makes you wanna try it, right? That's a pretty big statement. We eat all pizza, all the chains...heck throw a frozen pizza in the mix on a super lazy night. Hard to mess up pizza! After passing by this place a few times we gave it a try and placed a to go order. 2 med pizzas (pep and sausage) plus a order of fried ravioli. Lets start with the good, the fried ravioli were great. That's the good. The pizza was awful. The pepperoni had the pepperoni under the cheese which made all the toppings just slide off the pizza crust in a solid slab. The red sauce was ok, average at best. Now the really bad, the crust on both the pizzas was so under cooked it still had a bitter raw dough taste. 4 adults and 1 kid didn't even finish 2 medium pizzas and the leftovers spent a week in the fridge before hitting the trash. I've never seen leftover pizza make it past the next day. Lol. All the best to this pizza place, and maybe we can give it a try post COVID but until then I'd like to know who voted this the best pizza in saline county. read more

We went for dinner on Valentine's Day. The parking lot was packed and we could see the line. We figured we would have quite a wait for a table. We were pleasantly surprised when we got in. The owner was working his way through the line and assigning tables before you placed your order. This caused the process to be extremely streamlined and quick. We were able to sit immediately. We order cheese sticks that were a little slow coming. The owner noticed we had been waiting and came to personally check on us. He had the cheese sticks out to us in the next few minutes. Pizza was awesome! We ordered Happy Hippie and Half Cheese half sausage both were great. Girl who took our order was nice and efficient. The ladies who were on tables, need some work. Family just had stand while no one offered to help move tables. Actually heard one tell the other that they weren't putting tables together because of the "numbers". And this must be where the "Lost" in "Lost Pizza Co.". Gets its name. The table numbers are completely arbitrary. You order. You seat yourself. Then the runner wanders the restaurant searching for hungry people to serve. Seems like the process may need some tightening. However, we got our food quickly and the order was correct! Would have been 5 stars, but the missed opportunity for customer service on the table situation lost a star from me. Will definitely return! I went into this place on March 3rd, around 3. I spent $63 between 3 kids meals, a large pizza, an order of cheese breadsticks, 2 drinks, and the tip. My mother and 3 children stopped in to try for the first time and was happy to see you weren't busy. We got our food and it was good. However 10 minutes after the guy in the grey polo like shirt came with boxes saying, "oh looks like I need to bring more boxes." My daughter had a slice of pizza in her hand and you took the rest of her pizza on her little pan and dumped it into a box. That is one thing you do NOT do!!!! You do NOT take food from my children while they are being good sitting down quietly and eating. You were NOT busy by any means. There were 2 older guys that sat together in the other room. So it's not like you needed our table or the kids were being an issue. After you boxed her pizza you grabbed the large pizza my mother and I were still eating and said, "you're done right" then proceed to dump it into a pizza box. This is not how you treat customers! I waited this long to write a review to see if I would call down about the whole visit but no I have NOT. I have informed all of my local friends about our experience since they have children as well. Something needs to be done about this! I spent a good amount of money to be treated like this? I could have went to any other pizza place and saved money and still be treated decently. I have never been treated so poorly when going out to eat. One last time I would like to say DO NOT take food away from my children when they are still clearly eating! read more
