I moved here in Branson and I found lost boys searching for nearby haircuts. My first few cuts was in their previous location in Branson. I loved my cut and got to converse with the owner who cut my hair. Then when they moved to Hollister I was blown away with the vibe and atmosphere. The whole staff is friendly and they all love to converse in conversations. I have since moved again but when I come back to visit the area I guarantee you I am getting another haircut regardless if I need it or not. We asked for a very SIMPLE thing. A straight cut across the bottom. We weren't even asking for a full full haircut! Tryton Diffey was the barber. He had an attitude when we showed up a few minutes late. Parking was not easy to find. If he didn't want to do it he could have re-scheduled us. Just a STRAIGHT line literally is all we asked him to cut. This is the WORST haircut we've ever seen! What a shame to have such a cool location and have worse than amateurs employed. read more

LOST BOYS LOST MY BUSINESS I was told this was a great place to get a haircut but I was incredibly deceived. I read the website and read walk-ins are welcome. Although I arrived with 30 minutes to spare from closing time, I was denied a haircut because it was too close to closing time! With still 30 minutes to go till closing! Is this just a sign of this generation that won't go above and beyond? Or do these workers not know about providing great customer service? Since I will be moving to the area soon, I can't say I would ever try this place again. I'll find another place that wants my business and a company that feverishly protects their brand! read more

Absolutely love this place, we moved from Colorado to Missouri and I was terrified about finding a Barbershop that would be patient with my son who has sensory issues. I decided I'd try out Lost Boys since the vibe/ environment very much was something my son was use to . We have had three visits so far and each time has been such a great experience and the guys are super friendly and chat with my little motormouth guy about his games . Are you kidding me? I will probably get a haircut everytime I visit Branson just for the experience. Dustin was the young man who took care of me. This place is amazing. I walked in after a getting a high recommendation from the hotel (They're busy, ya'll). So I arrive, sit in the old style barber chair, and Dustin proceeds to do what he does best. I mean, this kid knows how to cut hair and pays attention to details. ( Ear hairs, necklines, sideburns) . The atmosphere is chill and wait. Great music playing and good conversation. I was in town visiting family and needed a haircut. I've driven by this place a bunch and finally stopped in. Dustin did a phenomenal job, and was an interesting and pleasant guy to talk to. It's definitely an old-school kind of place, in a good way. My only quibble was that there wasn't a straight razor neck shave, which most places do nowadays. However, I still had probably the best haircut I've ever had. I can't recommend them highly enough read more
