We followed the advice and could not be happier we did. The Property Claims Consultants team was super efficient in getting the insurance to respond and finally accept the higher estimate of the damages. Following super nice and capable Cooper Ogle who unfortunately moved back to Texas one month after being assigned to us, Anoop Bandari was our agent and we could not have had a more able and professional representative. He tenaciously fought for our claims and was very successful! He has our highest appreciation and recommendation. Also, many thanks go to Victoria who patiently and timely rectified some financial snafus such as returned checks due to missing signatures by our mortgage company, etc. In short, if you want your insurance claims resolved successfully and sleep calmer at night don't hesitate to give Property Claims Consultants a call.

I found Republic Adjusters on Yelp and decided to hire Jamie "Jimmy" Merino for a water damage claim. My initial positive impression quickly turned out to be completely false. There was absolutely no hands-on approach or professional guidance when I needed it most during a stressful situation. Because of this awful service, I canceled the contract. During the on-site inspection, he carefully assessed the situation and really listened to my concerns. What stood out the most was his honesty--he explained that it wasn't yet the right stage to involve a public adjuster, so there wasn't much he could do at this point. Even so, he generously offered to review any documents I send and provide advice free of charge. I was feeling completely overwhelmed dealing with a serious water leak issue that I had never experienced before, but Avo's guidance and kindness made a huge difference. A year later, this contents company recommended we reach out to Loren for help. Not only was he helpful immediately, but he repeatedly checked in and offered us advice, even when we were unsure we would need a PA as our adjuster finally changed with insurance. Ultimately, because we'd been paid out a fair amount from our claim by the time we met, his rate would've understandably been pretty high. So high, that even he advised us against hiring a PA (him or otherwise). All this is to say, he was immensely helpful and generous and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
