I moved in on April 1st and on May 15th I received a letter from motor vehicle that Mass registration had been canceled since 4/1. I have been driving around with no registration since April 2nd The insurance agent never informed me I had 30 days to renew Connecticut. new customer new state and no one said a word. It is now June 1st and I still don't have registration because I have to order a title and wait. New home, new state can't drive my car. Heather Pappas sucks. Says there's nothing she can do. Meanwhile they've deducted 3 months insurance. Go elsewhere.
