Taqueria El Infierno started in the Apatzingán, Michoacán and it's named suggests, that town is a very hot and arid region of the state. Despite the name, the tacos here fantastic. They only serve tacos de bistec (aka carne asada) but also different cuts of meat like rib eye and NY steak. The result is that the meat here is beyond flavorful and just fantastic! Plus, the salsas here are amazing and I dream of putting that spicy avocado salsa on my tacos! It's pretty dang incredible! I just absolutely love their salsas and once again emphasize that without a good salsa, a taco is NOTHING! This place nails the meat AND salsa! If you're ever in Uruapan, you must come to Tacos el Infierno as you'll definitely leave happy and satisfied! It's located by a main boulevard near a roundabout, so it can be a little busy here, but not too hard to find!
