I saw this place as we were semi lost in Uruapan. As we drove by i told my wife and she said it was a car wash. Well once we got to our destination i looked it up on yelp and low and behold it was a restaurant with good ratings. Well being that my wife is from Aguila, it peaked her interest. Anyhow, the food was really good. The fresh handmade tortillas were delicious. My wife had the machaca plate and it reminded so much of when she makes the dish. My daughter's boyfriend had the enchiladas suiza and i had the shrimp cocktail. Definitely all the plates tasted homemade and would definitely recommend this restaurant read more

I been going to this restaurant once a year for over 13 years but the taste of the food has been dropping and quite frankly will not be returning again after this year as I did not enjoy eating here at all. Tables are so close together if it is full getting out the restaurant is a nightmare. read more

Service was good but the food was not good at all. And to top it off my drink had a huge fly in it. I asked the waitress for a new drink and she mentioned it the fly probably fell in while I was drinking it. But they had just brought the drink to my table. The waitress was not happy about me asking for a new drink. She gave me an attitude and walked away. read more

Service is excellent, the staff are here to please. From the steaks to the fish, everything has been good that I've tried. I've come here for many years and it just gets better. The owners are usually on site to ensure the guests are taken care of. The owners also produce their own avocados and much of the produce. read more

This is a great place for all tastes if you care to cab it. The menu is full of real MX staples but also has plenty of steak options, which seem to be a thing here. Our table had: -mezcal, 400 Conejos, which was flavorful -guacamole, which was fresh and good -queso fundido, which you should get!!! -the tortillas were freshly made from scratch My main dish was Lengua pibil, which is cow tongue sliced in medallions and cooked in. Red tomato sauce, served with rice. It was delicious! I wish we had more MX options like this in TX. Try this place if you're in Uruapan. read more

The atmosphere is nice. The service is great. The food is good. The ribeye steak was a little tough. The steak fajitas were ok. The chicken enchilada was wonderful, although not an enchilada. Would not allow my service dog inside, so we ate on the patio. read more
