When I complained I wouldn't spend $59 dollars to send a registered letter they canceled the service, but state they are not sure if they can get the documents back. Constable Jennings was surprised I needed the court docs back and claims its normal to do this registered mail. He even emailed me a link to "Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d)(1)" to prove this is acceptable procedure. I have since contacted three different constables in Utah that told me clearly this is not normal service.

The divorce decree was written in such a way as to completely punish and villify me, the father, in a no-fault divorce. Now I am trying to have the courts reexamine my child support amounts since my ex makes about 2.5 times as much as I do. Mr Burrows was again retained as counsel and has used such aggressive and unnecessary bully tactics that instead of helping manage & negotiate a peaceful divorce, he has made it incredibly adversarial and acrimonious.
