The process only took two weeks and was easy to navigate with the help of Ryan and his associate Kimball. Upon completion, they were eager to answer any questions we had as we navigated our way through the report (some of the information required a verbal follow up). I felt like we were always on the same page, they always gave me options, asked good questions, they really cared for me and how the cards looked, and they printed examples so I could see them and accept them before they started printing everything. Me and my roommate just had a terrible experience with a security guard at Midtown 360. The man…read morepounded at our door unannounced at 10:50pm multiple times without identifying himself. I have been sick with the stomach flu and the two of us were doing homework and watching tv. We were very fearful of the angry pounding at the door and a lack of identification of who was doing it. Just to add, our apartment door does not have a peephole or anyway to see who is at our door. We are two college girls and do not feel comfortable opening the door for a man who did not identify himself and when we asked who it was only said "security." The man then was extremely rude to my roommate who told him she was timid to open the door due to being scared. He then told her "to stop playing dumb" and told us we were "giggling, playing music, and shushing people in the room." 1. we did not giggle we were dead silent in fear of the aggressive pounding. 2. there was no music playing at all. 3. it was just the two of us in the apartment. I told my parents I was uncomfortable with the interaction and they called to which Scott was extremely rude to my father. Also, we do not have to open our door for hired security and we definitely won't be opening the door for anyone with this company ever again. For any future issues I will be involving REAL law enforcement.

My experience tanked after the first email exchange. It got worse after that. I don't usually use…read morethe term "mansplain" in regard to anyone, even if they're guilty, especially because emails can easily be interpreted negatively. Unfortunately, the second email exchange was worse, and there isn't a better term to describe the reply I was sent. Dale didn't seem to have a clue what I was asking for, and covered it by sending a knee-jerk response. It's okay not to know something, even if you're an experienced professional. I'm not the kind of person that freaks out about that kind of thing, because I'm assuming you're smart enough to find out. But if you're the kind of professional that is intimidated by that and lashes out in response? You're the reason people need lawyers to begin with. Thankfully the true colors were shown in just a couple of emails. I dodged a bullet for sure.

Horrible! First of all, I was excited when I found they were only 60 dollars! Yet after hiring…read moretheir services, the work was extremely careless. I had to keep reviewing and sending the papers back for him to correct basic mistakes, like the address to the courthouse, attesting they were over 18, etc.; very basic yet very important pieces of information! After, he served the papers, I filed them with the courthouse, and I thought it was completely taken care of. Little did I know, the court did not accept the papers, and stated the process server didn't do or fill out the papers correctly. So, immediately after, I contacted Statewide Process Servers, sent them pictures of the court letter, and asked for a refund. I received a very rude email back stating it was my fault, and I was acting on my own behalf as my own attorney, so they weren't issuing any refund. Then I sent another request, asking if they would simply reserve the other party or correct the papers to satisfy the court. They haven't responded and it's been a while, so that must be a "no "as well. I don't think they do good business or are ethical. It didn't save any money going with Statewide Process Servers, it only wasted it!!!
