I was visiting family in Magdeburg and wanted to grab a quick glass of white wine or two with my…read moreaunt before heading to a piano concert in the cathedral nearby. 60% of the tables outside were vacant, yet all had small "reserved" signs placed on them. As we were walking out of the maze of tables and towards the group of idle, yet peering waiters to inquire for a quick table, a waiter approached us and we asked where we could sit for a quick drink. The waiter scoffed and said "No dish, no service. Look 100 meters down the road for another place." Appalled, we went to Hyaku Mizu, where we were very kindly greeted, given a lovely table, and served our drinks. AND Hyaku Mizu was busier than this joke of a restaurant. Was so happy to have spent my money there instead! Would not recommend this place at all - rude, snappy, and arrogant staff. Saftladen!
