If you are used to Taco Shops in CA. This is it. Drive thru only. Open 24 hours. Consistently good.

Listen, if I'm paying $11 for a burrito I might want more than two little salsas. I think it's reasonable. Especially since I can always go inside and get it.

Guys, we have a problem. Seriously. Betos, what the actual f***? This lazy, unbelievable performance masquerading as late-night cuisine made me so mad that I didn't even eat it - and I had just exercised for three hours, so I was ravenous and ready to nom. No. After three bites, I had to open up the burrito and witness the truth. From its entrails, I picked out every piece of dry meat and formed a pile: it was less than a spoonful. Sour cream in there, supposedly... do you see the evaporated white foam in the photo? Yeah. I don't even know HOW they did that... Guacamole was a thought but not reality. Somewhere in there was a wisp of green. That's it. This place will never have my business again. Even in a fugue state I could make a better burrito. My advice: do not waste your money.

I'm a regular at this location very recently, I normally visit the sister locations of this restaurant! I really do enjoy the food, but the service that I've received at this specific spot has not been very great. Everyone I've interacted with in the drive thru specifically these two ladies, are not kind and very short every single time I've visited. I really want to keep coming here, especially since the location is convenient, but will not continue to do so because it's such a negative experience. I can understand someone going thru a tough time and being busy with costumers but to be consistent in how they show up, and be rude to that amount is really sad. I just wish they would be more kind.. will definitely continue to visit the sister stores for sure tho they have been respectful and a lovely interaction!

Chorizo burrito, I pulled apart to add sour cream and guacamole.

I can only review for the breakfast burritos as I haven't tried anything else here. We got 3 breakfast burritos yesterday. Two chorizo and one sausage. They were HUGE and packed with great flavor. The drive thru was busy for a Sunday morning but the wait wasn't too ridiculous. If your craving a yummy breakfast burrito that isn't overly expensive, I recommend trying Los Betos.

Shredded beef tacos? I think not.

After several bad experiences at Los Betos recently, tonight was the last time we will be going back. We placed an order for 2 burritos ( 1 Idaho & 1 California) & 3 beef tacos. When my husband arrived home with our food I opened the box to find 3 ground beef tacos. They don't even have ground beef tacos on the menu. Also, they no longer fry the shells fresh to order, they appear to be premade. My husband went back to Los Betos to get the shredded beef tacos that we ordered and the guy at the window refused to replace them. My husband had the food and the receipt with him. The guy did not care. The employee made my husband pay a second time for the correct order! WTF?!?! Seriously? Los Betos really needs to undergo some changes. I'm over it.

Where you gonna go when it's 3:00 in the morning and you're bored and hungry and craving Mexican food? Or when you drank way too much the night before and need a greasy, fat meal to get over that hangover? Or really, any time you want cheap food?! Thank God for Betos, Boise's original 'round-the-clock drive thru. It's 10:30am on Tuesday and my dumbass didn't eat breakfast and my belly is screaming at me. Mexican food sounded so good but I didn't want anything fancy. So Los Betos it was! I ordered Combination Plate #14 - Chicken Chimichanga ($11.49). I didn't have to wait long at all before I was able to lose myself in the most delicious meal I thought I'd ever had (at the time). First thing I noticed was how damn hefty that box was. The freaking thing must have weighed about 5 pounds and I probably gained 10 after eating it. There was an extremely generous amount of rice, beans, lettuce and guac. All surrounding my beautiful bundle of heavenly deep fried deliciousness which was also stuffed to the max of yummy chicken and cheese sprinkled on top. I am so hungry just thinking about how delicious and amazing this meal was. Not to mention the value is unbeatable. This guy lasted me two fantastic meals and was the reason I survived that Tuesday. Perfect seasoning, excellent flavor, none of that day-old greasy aftertaste. It was all so f r e s h. I could go on but I think I've made my point. This is my new favorite Betos item. I've had it in the past but someone was done right with this particular chimichanga. Idk what it was but it's got me tempted to swing by tonight for more. 10/10 all the way!

Holy cow. I love Los Betos as much as the next guy but I've never had a worse breakfast burrito than I had today at this location. Blows my mind that something so good could be so bad. Mushy salty potatoes, almost no egg, loads of unmelted shredded cheese, just inedible. I've never thrown out food unless I thought maybe it was spoiled, but I just couldn't eat it. I'll still go to Betos, just not this one.

Walking in, this place is so colorful and vibrant! I love the pretty water fountain as soon as you walk in and the pretty art piece that was hanging above it. The whole venue looks like a fiesta so you know you're about to have a great time! We got sat. A sweet gal dropped off a couple waters, chips and salsa. Nothing like starting your afternoon with chips and salsa! Adri came shortly after and grabbed drink orders. I got a virgin mango margarita today. She asked if I wanted the rim salted or tajined. I totally would have but I have to watch my salt intake. Without the salt and tajin, that mango margarita was money! It was so good! It was perfectly blended! It had a good amount of mango to it. It was absolutely delicious! For lunch I got a shredded beef taco and shredded beef enchilada for lunch. It also came out with a side of rice and beans. The plate looked fabulous! I appreciate the peas and carrots in the rice! It added another texture to it. The rice and beans were nice and hot! Super tasty! The beef in my enchilada was tenders and flavorful. The sauce was rich in color and flavor. I like that there was a slight heat to everything. It wasn't overwhelming. I didn't get a chance to eat much of the taco. I did take a bite and it was good! I do wish that the tortilla didn't get all soggy. One side of the taco was great but the other was drenched in fluid. I also did find hard pieces of rice in the side of rice i got. Kind like it's been sitting too long and it dried out. It wasn't the best the chew. I'm happy I got to try this joint out today! Adri was fantastic and did a great job taking care of us! My margarita was top notch! The food was good and the venue was so much fun. Looking forward to coming back and trying other goodies of their menu with another bomb ass margarita!

I've been here for almost 2 years and the BEST Mexican food I have found was in Twin Falls. NO I do not want to go to Twin Falls to get Mexican food, especially w/ the price of gas now. I was searching online for a new restaurant to go to for lunch and for some reason "Garibaldis Garden City" popped up. First, Garibaldis, does not really sound like a Mexican restaurant, but after reading the reviews and checking out their website, I am thinking why not...can't be any worse than Andrades, Chapala or Barrigas. Went in around noon, not crowded, but again its gorgeous outside, and I like a relaxed atmosphere. We sat at the bar, our server (bartender) Michael (who is from San Diego) was great. We really didn't need any recommendations because I already had set in my head what I was going to order. We started out with the "salsa flight", 3 different salsas, 1 smokey hot sauce, 1 more chunky and a mango habanero" which all 3 were very good. I loved that there was actually some spice and heat in all 3. Okay, the Mango it grows on you, the more you eat it the better it gets. We also ordered a maggie on the rocks w/ Casa Amigos Reposado and a ranch water with the Blanco. I also ordered the Coctel Garibaldis, which is shrimp & octopus and the shrimp was nice and large and the octopus was a nice size, NEITHER was mushy, THEY BOTH tasted so fresh (enough to share). For our main, Chicken Fajitas and Carne Asada....I normally do not like the refried beans here in Boise at the Mexican restaurants we have tried, but these beans tasted like HOME, LIKE MY MOTHER IN LAW MADE THEM~! The chicken fajitas ...there was actually MORE CHICKEN than peppers which is a 1st...and it was huge slices and chunks. My Carne Asada, OMG, huge amount and it was so flavorful, I doubt I could have done any better. NOW, I am a tortilla snob and I make my own flour tortillas, but THEY HAD SERIOUSLY LITERALLY the best DAMN corn tortillas I have tasted in YEARS! They almost look like flour, but once you taste them, incredible. We (he) ordered the Coco Flan for dessert, I don't do dessert so I ordered the Casa Azul Anejo....met 2 women drinking Maggies, we agreed, if we are going to do calories, we are drinking them and not eating them...but in all, the SERVICE, Food, the atmosphere, was all worth it. Will we go again, YOU BET, I may even have to sneak over for a few lunches by myself it was that good. Again, thanks Michael, you were on Point!

One thing I did dislike was I asked about chips order and it said $5 when I asked her if I can just have a couple, she was a bit confused and asked the lead there. Apparently they didn't have chips in their truck and had to go find them. That should have been my no thank you but I figured ohh let's give them a try. Once we got to our house and saw the $5 chips I was honestly a bit upset they were store bought nacho chips. Tacos are $2.50 I don't understand why chips are $5 and they aren't even like your traditional Mexican chips or something along those lines. It's been a while since he has had their tacos so today for lunch he asked me to grab him some. It's my first time in this joint. Walking in, it's quite loud and fun! It's got music going. Many patrons eating and talking. There are bright colors and banners everywhere. It looks like a fun and vibrant venue to have a good meal at. I ordered at the register. The gal that was helping me gave me basic service. Your average customer service. I grabbed 4 carne asada tacos without onions and cilantro for the husband and the chicken flauta combo meal for myself. I grabbed a table to hang out at while my order was being made. I wanted to grab some salsa to go at the sauce bar. There wasn't any to go cups available so I did ask someone for some. She said she would go grab some for me and never did. My food finally showed up and I had to ask another gal for the to go cups. I finally got my sauces and headed out the door. First glance at the food, I was excited! Everything looked fresh and delicious. The cheese was melty on the tacos. The quac, rice and beans looked good in my to go plate. But looks can be deceiving. Unfortunately, the carne asada was so dry. Dry in texture and just tough. Like the meat has been sitting for a while and they just grabbed the top helping of meat instead of mixing it. We did add a good amount of lime to add some wetness to the taco but it didn't help. Out of 4 tacos, my husband only ate 2. The chicken flautas looked promising. The tortilla was airy and crispy. I wish I can say good things about the chicken. The chicken pieces were too big. You would take a bite and the whole chicken chunk would come out. It was also dry and unflavored. The only thing that slightly helped the flauta was the sour cream and quac. The rice and beans were pretty generic so they were good. I spent 32 bucks on this meal for us to only eat half of. I don't know what happened for my husband to say the tacos were legit a while back to end up ordering this mediocre meal today. So disappointed with every part of my meal. Customer service was ok. So many fantastic Taquerias out there but this joint isn't one of them.
