I called my order in and had a few errands to run before I picked up my order when I arrived at the restaurant I tried to pay for my order it was not ready. He could never answer my question if my order had been started I told him it's been a while. I just need to know if my order had been started. He was rude had told the workers something in Spanish. I was surprised to find another very good Mexican restaurant in the small town of Bristow. Los Arcos is located in a historic brick building on Route 66, the main drag through town. The inside stretches for what seems like a city block. A big dining area up front and an over flow area in the back. Parking is easy access, with a lot next to the restaurant. It is a clean, comfortable interior with Mexican décor everywhere. Plenty of large booths line up on both sides of the restaurant. They are covered above with an open pergola type structure. It creates a relaxing patio dining feeling. Great tasty salsas, especially the salsa picante. I had the # 1 Combo: taco, enchilada w/ ground beef and bean chalupa. I added a side of beans. My wife had the #2 Combo: taco, enchilada w/ ground beef and relleno. These are bargain meals at $7.99 each. All very good, well-seasoned beef beans and queso. My wife was especially pleased with the chili relleno, rating it very high. Bristow has two great Mexican restaurants. read more

Waited 45 minutes for tacos to go. Tried to get waitress's attention. Was ignored. Finally chased them down across the restaurant and they say they would check with the cashier and I decided to walk out the door. No attempt at quality service. read more

Second time eating here. Food was very good but the a/c didn't appear to be working on this 100 degree afternoon. Also too many flies buzzing around had to constantly try to whisk them away from table made for a bit so pleasant dining experience so took my food to go. My suggesting is to put some of those fly tapes up in windows behind the blinds or fly trap bags up after hours to attract them then remove before you open. Also fix ac or turn it down. No one wants to dine & sweat inside. read more

One of my favorite mexican places - reasonably priced and predictable food selection.

I was excited to try this restaurant with my Boyfriend. Sadly we hated it and will not return. The salsa is basically ketchup water with some chopped onions and cilantro. I ordered the Fajitas Nachos and a side order of guacamole. Fajitas Nachos came out and I had rubber chicken with grease covered veggies. I couldn't even finish half of it. The guacamole smelled so bad when it arrived to the table I almost gagged. Upon further inspection the Guacamole was an avocado like substance and onions and a lot, like a lot of cilantro. No lime, not even sure they used real avocados. I took two bites and had to move it to the edge of the table to keep the smell away. The service was great! Card machine was out but we had cash. My boyfriend also left his sunglasses and the waitress chased us out to return them. Overall the food was a 0/10 the service was a solid 8/10. However, we will not be returning after paying $27 for two plates of nachos and some queso. read more

Best authentic mexican food around!! Even has the approval of my picky eater son who normally doesn't eat the queso anywhere, but he does here. The food is awesome, the service couldn't be better and my family of four was full to the gills & even had enough left for a couple of lunches for $30!!! We visit Los Arcos at least once a month. The food comes out fast and the proportions are rather large for the price. The staff are extremely hospitable. The restaurant and furniture is a little worn out, but I think it gives the place character. read more

Great food at a better price, 2 options in Bristow, Los Arcos and Medranos. Medranos used to be owned by Brunos which was pretty good, but has gone to hell. Los Arcos has a friendly atmosphere and a diligent staff. Can's ask for much more from a small town mexican restaurant.. The molcajete is one of my favorite dishes, but a little pricey. But you can never go wrong with one of their burritos. And the Queso is top notch. I have a feeling Jacob is on Medranos payroll, or he confused medranos with los arcos. read more
