The chips and salsa were average. Not great but crispy at least. I ordered the Cancun salad. The menu said it had romaine lettuce but it really the wilted shredded iceberg that they use for tacos. It said cucumbers but those were missing. The onion was huge slices of raw white onion and there were three slices of green bell peppers. It was served without dressing. I was offered ranch. I asked if there was anything else and told no. So I used the ranch flavored water from a squeeze bottle as a dressing. I've never had such a lazy $15 salad before. It was depressing to eat.

Our drinks stayed refilled without us ever having to ask, and she consistently checked on us throughout the meal. When our food was brought out, she was right behind the server making sure everything was correct and asking if we needed anything else. That level of service really stood out. The food was delicious, and I especially loved the chips and salsa and the queso dip. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and our meal was excellent from start to finish. Crystal was incredibly sweet, professional, and made us feel welcome the entire time. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The restaurant is fortunate to have someone like her on the team. Thank you for the excellent food and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

That steak was supposed to weight 16oz however it was much larger than stated on the menu. The value was amazing! We had loaded baked potatoes and green beans as sides. The green beans were flavorful and fresh. The baked potato was on the smaller side which I actually liked because it's a side not the star. Two other people at our table had the catfish, one blackened the other fried, both excellent. We also indulged in appetizers: Fried Green Tomatoes: absolutely luscious with a creamy crawfish sauce Duck Poppers: spicy, savory goodness Stuffed Mushrooms: delicious blend of cheese and sausage. Well seasoned They had a server call in but let me tell you the lady who was running the front end did not miss a beat! We had 20% auto added due to the party of 6 but left extra, she was wonderful! I was kind of worried since it's a nice looking place surrounded by businesses that appear to be permanently closed. However, a crowd picked up closer to 8, so I can tell it's a local favorite. Our server was amazing! Didn't have to ask for refills, condiments or anything. She handled us really well and answered any questions we had. I ordered one of the daily specials, blackened redfish. Menu said it came on orzo, which I don't like so I subbed for the long grain rice. I added a side of broccolini. Food came out hot and in a reasonable amount of time. My fish, with that Cajun cream sauce, melted in my mouth! I didn't like the rice, as it was gummy but the broccolini was cooked as if a gold medal was the prize at the end of the night! My only misgiving about it was I wanted more of it!

My husband had to use the ladies because the men's was closed. I refrained. I ordered the steak burrito and it came with rice and beans. Not sure what type of beans because it had a flavor I was not familiar with. The steak was replaced with chicken and the waiter later came over to apologize and offered to fix the order but since we didn't want to wait, I told him it was fine and I liked chicken too. It was mediocre. Hubs got fajita steak nachos and he liked it just fine. Coming back through town the next day, he asked if I wanted to stop there again and I said no I'm good.
