It's honestly refreshing to have maintenance actually answer emergency calls! Management is also very prompt and respectful of residents' privacy, even around shared spaces like the grill areas, pool and gym. The pool is always nice and clean, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and calm. Unfortunately, we are near an area where there's occasionally a lot of loitering and suspicious activity, so I definitely recommend not leaving personal belongings in your car or outside. My kids' bike was recently stolen because I left it out overnight. There is security walking around 24/7, but being in LA, thieves move fast.. so just stay vigilant like you would anywhere else in the city. He would set up community based events (holiday parties, yoga, magic shows) trying to bring renters together which is appreciated. My only complaint would be they are money hungry for everything. To replace a garage remote it's $150 dollars. I never lost it, the remote just simply stopped working normally even after I changed the battery more than once at my own convenience. Upon move out I was charged $200+ for my apartment being "very dirty" and I can assure you it was not. The major appliances and bathrooms had been cleaned well. The only thing I can see becoming a problem was my vacuum died on me halfway through while cleaning so I didn't get some dust but otherwise I'm not sure what they were expecting. With this, it cost approximately $700 dollars to move out of here. I should've made sure to take pictures of details but you live and learn. I can't really blame management for all the strict rules and constant reminder emails as that's more of a community issue on who they are allowing to live there but in order to have people at the pool or clubhouse you must again pay/reserve it. Management was nice but sometimes came off a bit too interested or friendly. I guess that's personal preference as well but being a younger female it can get uncomfortable. I'm not really sure if I can recommend living here to someone close to me but I wish my move out experience was better.

The water still gets shut off frequently, with little to no warning. A lot of tenants are moving. We are also moving, thank goodness we are month to month now. Nothing changes here, laundry room is super expensive, floods and doesn't dry/wash clothes well, $2.75 to dry a load and it always comes out wet still. There are cat EVERYWHERE, we had an issue with some of the male cats spraying in the stairwell. Watch out when you walk around, there is always dog poop and trash everywhere. My father's car was broken into parked infront of the apartment. Parking is scarce around here. If you want a second parking spot it'll cost you 100 a freaking month extra. The spots are super small and people will ding your doors. Honestly don't waste your money applying here, they're soooooooo desperate to get people to move here that they are constantly texting us about "picking" our neighbors, what a joke. They offer you a 500 dollar referral, I wouldn't try moving in my worst enemy for that, even they don't deserve to live in this crud pile.
