I was very disappointed with Lori and this business. I needed a taco caterer for my upcoming…read moredaughter's 1st birthday party. Lori was referred to me by a friend, and things started off great. We talked on the phone/email, and she said they were available on the day we needed catering. After a price was agreed upon, I was relieved that part of the party was taken care of. I received an email from Lori regrettably telling me that she talked to her husband, who informed me that a party was booked on the Saturday we needed her. I was happy to report that we needed her on the Sunday, not the Saturday they "previously booked". From that point on I was unable to get into contact with Lori. She would not respond to my emails/phone calls. My husband suggested I call Lori from a different number to see if she picks up the phone, and SHE DID. After I said hello and told her who it was......SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Finally, I emailed her and told her how disappointed I was. I told her I was going to write what happened on Yelp, and Boom, I received a phone call shortly thereafter. Lori told me she was having technical difficulties, and was in contact with her IT guy to fix her email (which is gmail!!!!). Needless to say I did not use Lori, and hope I can save some people from wasting their time like I did.

When we met with her, we immediately decided we would be fools not to accept her services. She was supposed to be our "day of" coordinator, but started coordinating from the day we met her. She was available all the time, helped us find and order our decorations, coordinated with all of the vendors to make sure everyone was set to go, came by the house to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and spent the day setting everything up so that we could relax at our hotel and arrive 30 minutes before the party started. When we walked through our front door, my husband and I were both blown away at how beautiful everything looked. We couldn't have imagined how perfect Hoofrish would make things. At the end of the party, she also discretely cleaned everything up and wrapped things up with our vendors so that we could keep the party going. We decided to tell our guests we were having a housewarming party and to sneak in the wedding ceremony in the middle of it. Our guests screamed with joy when they found out it was a wedding. We couldn't have pulled it off so smoothly and well without Hoofrish! Our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. My aunt literally told me again just this weekend how beautiful and wonderful it was. My husband and I are still so grateful to Hoofrish for making our wedding truly our dream wedding! Thank you again and again, Hoofrish. Sincerely, Mike and Jacqueline
