We recently moved back to the city so we had to relocate her daycare as well. When we first looked for daycare on the North Shore we wanted a place that was safe, engaging, and gave us a good feeling about how they cared for the children. ABB Too exceeded our expectations. It was well organized and the teachers were experienced, caring, engaging and provided a one of a kind experience for our daughter. We are so appreciative and grateful for the growth and confidence that we saw in our daughter for the short time that she was there. If you are considering daycare on the North Shore, you should definitely visit ABB Too, you will quickly see why it's an excellent option.

My hesitance to return to work and separate from my infant was quickly resolved after meeting the caring teachers at ABB. After 5 years of experience with this school I can confidently say that they provide a safe and loving environment. Not to mention the quality of education is unmatched. I've been told by our pediatrician that both of my boys are meeting their developmental milestones at an advanced rate, despite my oldest son experiencing a late start with his speech skills. His attentive teachers were quick to identify this milestone delay and offered various resources tailored to his needs. Thanks to ABB's dedicated staff my son was able to build a large vocabulary, read, and write by the age of 4! We couldn't have overcome this delay without ABBs skilled and diverse team. Their curriculum also enables children to exercise independence, kindness, and respect. I can't even count how many times I've been pleasantly surprised by my sons initiative to attempt self care tasks and display manners (unprompted!). ABB also prioritizes community involvement. Not only do they host multiple food drives/fundraisers, but my personal favorite is when the local fire department comes to introduce themselves to the kids and teach fire safety. My kids loved it too! ABB has continued to exceed my expectations despite COVID-19's relentless obstacles. The classrooms are always kept clean and organized. My children don't suffer from any food allergies but I do notice that ABB takes allergen exposure precautions very seriously. If ABB did any better of a job I wouldn't be able to get my kids to come home at the end of the day

Special thanks to the children who joined us in the first show to play tambourines, maracas, and drumsticks. In the second show for older children, others volunteered to demonstrate their new ventriloquial skills after choosing a puppet of their choice from the big drum case. Volunteers were encouraged to say their first name into the microphone and try moving the puppet's mouth three times as they said "One, Two, Three" with their new puppet voice. Special thanks to Mr. Jarod, the teacher who volunteered to be our HUMAN DUMMY! He wore our ventriloquist face mask, played the "ringy, dingy, thingy" and "sang" our "No Bully Zone" original song with Chelsea The Chimpanzee. (No, they did not sing at the same time... we're not that good!)

They do "homework" in daycare to ensure they are advancing academically for their age. If there is a concern, such as speech, Lisa will have a discussion to allow you to take the next step. The weekly rate of the daycare is very affordable and includes snack and lunch. Our daughter loves going to this daycare and has made many friends and is right where she should be developmentally. I would highly recommend this facility.

There are very few adult members at any time at this location when I've been there when compared to others, whether morning noon or night. It's very crowded and stuffy with poor air circulation if you don't mind sweating a bit more in the gym and dehydrate faster. I wasn't comfortable. It's mainly for little rude kids at summer camp and large sizable child swimming classes if you can take them running though all the locker rooms and gym. The staffs councilors have very poor control over the small groups and do not speak up and control the group and let them do what they want and abuse the facility. There are far better gyms to go to in the area, such as Gloucester YMCA, which facilitates both nicely, and you get a break from the kids at least because the gym is upstairs. It's set up pretty well, unlike Danvers. The front desk staff have no idea what they are doing and sit playing games on the computer, not paying attention as I've noticed a few times while children run wild in the lobby. Go elsewhere if you don't want kids getting in the way playing out of control games.

Elaine at the front desk is extremely rude. She was very rude to my 12 yr old. Then to my husband…read more If you're going to work with the public, have a little respect. You're there to work and not act as we are an inconvenience. We will not go back there.
