They kept checking in with the guy who was taking care of them, he kept reassuring them that he had sent the required papers off and had done what was required. The CRA started coming after them and told my family member that they never received the proper forms. In the end, the CRA told them they owed the government over $50,000 because of this mishap. Over 2 years later and they finally fought all the charges and now owe nothing. They've been living a nightmare with the CRA for the last couple years because of this place. They now go to H&R Block and are very happy.
