Which since retiring is a good savings. I spent $68.00. I left and found the coupon in my car, I returned to the store and asked if I could apply the 20%. Courtney the asst said no way. I returned the products and she would not let me re-purchase citing company policy. I had to go through the store and recollect what I need. This is my last visit to this store. I will be making the drive from my home to Sterling to patronize Pet Smart. I routinely spent $50-$100 per visit. Treat me like I treated my customers for years and I'll be loyal. Try to get more out of me with a ridiculous policy and I'm gone. In these times a few bucks sometimes makes the difference. Had Courtney understood this I would be singing their praises. Now, Pet Supplies plus is just another store in a line of trying to make a buck at my expense.
