Ms. Holloman did an extraordinarily terrible job in her role and I could not recommend anybody working with this firm. Ms. Holloman had the misfortune of working with an executor that has been known to lie, cheat and perpetuate fraud but Ms. Holloman did absolutely nothing herself or with the court's assistance to rectify the situation. Ms. Holloman was presented with clear cut evidence of the dishonesty and fraud that was imposed on the estate's beneficiaries numerous times. The estate in question should have been a straight forward one to settle in a timely manner but after 22 months it has still not been executed. Ms. Holloman had ample opportunities to ask the court to compel the executor to produce documents but she failed to do so. After 21 months Ms. Holloman petitioned the court to have herself removed as the estate attorney rather than fulfill her fiduciary and professional duty to see to it that the beneficiaries of the estate's interests were protected. Please consider this as a warning that this attorney, in this case, decided to quit rather than fulfill her duties to the estate beneficiaries or even act as an officer of the court to seek criminal sanctions against the executor when financial fraud and misconduct was proven by outside sources.

They said Dion is known to try and market his firm as a big firm with multiple addresses when he has little to no staff and no other attorneys because no one can stand him. They were also good to remind me of what needed to be done when, and filled out all those pesky forms and letters that needed to go back and forth to the buyers and their lawyers. Now while my first choice is always just to talk with the buyers directly, as go betweens, they did a great job in suggesting which requests we should move on and which ones probably didn't need to happen (in conjunction with my realtor) and also kept the timeline real so that nothing was missed and the house closed quickly and efficiently. And at the end of the day, the price was reasonable for the services rendered (we are talking about lawyers, you know!) So if you find yourself in need of a Real Estate attorney who puts your needs at the top of his list and makes you feel like a valued client, look no further than Tom Anselmo!
