When I first called, I was offered a virtual consultation the following day, which I completed thinking I would be able to schedule an in-office visit shortly after. However, I was told the next available appointment was about a month away. Although that was frustrating, I still scheduled it. Later, my sister received a follow-up text from the office about confirming an appointment. She also had reached out to inquire about Invisalign. But By that time they finally replied to her, she had already decided to move forward with another dental office, so she asked if I could take that available slot instead. The office replied saying that would be fine. However, when I was about five minutes away from the office, the receptionist, Hannah, called and said there had been some confusion and that I should keep my original appointment. That was extremely frustrating because I had already rearranged my schedule and was on my way. It didn't make sense that I was told I could come in if I ultimately couldn't be seen to conduct the appointment in its entirety. When I eventually had my appointment, the doctor and the back-of-house staff were very kind and professional. The visit itself was going well, and I told the doctor I wanted to move forward with Invisalign. I was then told it would take about four weeks for the trays to come in. I've had Invisalign before and know it often takes closer to two weeks, but I was still willing to proceed. The biggest issue came when discussing payment. I was given four payment options, and I asked if I could use my dental insurance and pay the remaining balance with my CareCredit card. I was told that wasn't possible. They mentioned they asked the doctor and apologized, but the answer remained no. I've never experienced a dental office being so restrictive about how a patient chooses to pay. It also makes the promotion offered very misleading considering that's not what's advertised. Overall, while the doctor and clinical staff were pleasant, the confusing scheduling, poor communication, and inflexible payment policies made the entire experience frustrating and ultimately felt like a waste of time. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this office.

I called in and asked for the office manager to further discuss and I spoke with Carlyn. She randomly hung up on me. She didn't ask any questions. She just hung up. I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early, and did not have to wait to be seen. The staff were very pleasant and provided great service. During my exam, Dr. George Salem was very thorough, explained everything very clearly, and was extremely nice. Found…read morethis office through a triage phone number for dental emergencies and was relieved to get in the next day. I'm averse to going to the dentist so I was hoping it would not be too bad. Then the tech. had me bite on a mouth appliance for x-rays. It was too big for my mouth and painful so I was not able to hold it in place while he was taking x-rays of my teeth. My mouth started to tremble in pain aside from the severe toothache I was already experiencing. He basically told the dentist that the films are not clear because of me. Then, the dentist glared at me and asked me why I have not taken care of my teeth and proceeded to hand me off to the dental hygienist for a deep cleaning. Fortunately, I already took some antibiotics prior to the visit because the procedure was brutal and bloody! It took him 30 minutes to chisel my teeth and I was told by the dentist that this usually takes 2 visits to complete. Got a $1700 bill for the visit and cleaning since I don't have dental insurance. My left molar started to hurt and I was in pain for several days after. Ironically, it was not the tooth that was hurting in the first place! Wish I have known about this clinic before I went there!
