It was super fudgey and the texture was spot on! The ice cream was really good and we enjoyed both flavors. The interior was clean and finding a seat was not at all difficult. But the newer man who's been working the last few months has honestly made the experience feel uncomfortable. He often comes across rude, unfriendly, and not very helpful. A lot of times we're told there are no sample cups, and every time I try to use rewards in the app, he either can't help or won't apply them. I've actually lost two rewards because of it. I totally understand everyone has off days, but customer service and helping customers use the rewards system should really be part of the experience, especially in a family place. I just wanted to make management aware because it's gotten to the point where I don't really want to come back, which is disappointing because my daughters love frozen yogurt.
