As for now, I have not noticed much in the way of change but considering that this involves care for my children you can bet I'm playing close attention. The last two years we were unable to be seen by anyone, not even asking for our primary physician, for physicals or ADHD checks. They do not have appointments available for long standing patients, only new patients or sick appointments. The response is always, we are booked check back. We've been loyal to this office since 2018 but they have since made a turn for the worse. No one answers the phone, apt mailboxes are full so you can not even leave a voice message and the office manager NEVER returns calls. This is unacceptable for a parent who needs sick apts. This place used to be top notch but now we are considering moving our children to a different practice which sucks because they have been going here since birth. If you are a new parent or someone looking to switch practices DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS PLACE.
