There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.

Recently, there was an unfortunate interaction where my daughter's boyfriend was treated rudely by staff when leaving the office with a nebulizer for my 14month old grandson. The tone came across as dismissive and judgmental, which is especially disappointing when you're dealing with a new parent just trying to take care of a child. That said, I did speak with the office supervisor, Marta, and she took the time to listen and genuinely apologize for the situation. I appreciate that she acknowledged the issue and handled it professionally. I'm hopeful this will be addressed so other families don't have a similar experience, because overall this has been an office I've trusted for many years.

After a whole day I was told that they do not take faxed records because it ties up their fax machine. So, I have to have them sent by mail and my child can not be seen to get a physical for school until they have them. I would like my child's records because they don't need to be lingering around in that office because I'm pretty sure they received them if the other office has confirmation that the fax went through. Now I am waiting on a phone call for them to tell me they received my daughters records so I can pick them up and take them elsewhere. I doubt they call because they are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't recommend this office to anyone. I never heard of an office that denies children services because their records aren't at the office.

That i dont think I can ever see another doctor in this field. Doctor Allison will give you the playbook for success. Doctor Allison has taught me so much not only phsically but mentally. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with friendly people at the desk and then met my Physical Therapist, Elena, who was amazing! She listened to me and the therapy I received from her was exceptional due to her knowledge and caring. I also saw Christina, another therapist when Elena was booked on a particular day and she was just as amazing. This place is wonderful with wonderful people who always make you feel good that you are in their care. I would go back in a second if need be! You can't go wrong with anyone there!!
