If you come to Parma you have to have prosciutto and you have to have Parmesan and that is exactly what I did. I ordered a warm panini with a huge amount of prosciutto and melted Parmesan. This was probably one of the best lunches I had in my entire Italy trip and also one of the cheapest. I finished it off with a tiramisu and an espresso.
