With her empathetic, understanding, and informative approach, she has completely changed my skin and hair in the last few years. I am in my early 30's, so an effective skin care is extremely important to me. I went from having hormonal breakouts and acne to completely glowing and clear skin thanks to Dr. Kramer. She carefully took the time to examine my skin and learn about my skin goals, and provided a curated skin care routine that was easy and effective. Most importantly, I experienced extreme hair loss due to stress/ COVID in the Fall of 2020. As one can imagine, losing all your hair at 29 was completely defeating, traumatizing, and scary. Dr. Kramer heard my concerns and emotions, thoroughly and thoughtfully explained the condition (Telogen Effluvium), and created a well thought out routine and care plan for hair growth. With that, she ran all blood tests to cover our bases, suggested supplements where needed, prescribed the most effective medications, and performed PRP injections on my scalp. Within 3 weeks, I was thrilled with the results.
