Finally had the chance to try these guys and I'm glad I did! They pulled up to our office today at…read morelunch hour and offered a nice selection of bowls, tacos and even brownies! You've got chicken, you've got shrimp, you've got Mahi. All three proteins are either served in a bowl with jasmine rice or as tacos. You've even got a vegetarian option as well as a salad in there too! I had the Mahi Bowl with added Beans, Slaw and Pineapple Salsa. It was only a bit pricey but then again I literally added on everything you could add on because that's how I roll. The important thing is everything was so fresh. I was told the Mahi takes a little longer than other dishes, though it only took 4 minutes. Well worth the time. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The rice was just the right fluff and creaminess and the slaw was crisp with a good crunch. I believe the Pineapple Salsa had habanero pepper in it and it brought a good fire to the dish. The staff is very friendly. The chef hangs outside the truck door between orders chanting "good food over here" to people walking by. Of course I'm paraphrasing. The girl taking your order is relaxed and charming. She could literally sell you the sporks if she wanted to. Do yourself a favor and try these guys out next time you see them. They seem more active on Facebook, so maybe start there if you want to hunt them down. CK - I'm looking forward to seeing you guys again real soon!

The fries were crispy but not "seasoned" the eggroll shell wasn't as fresh as I expected. It tasted like it was a day old. The chicken was somewhat seasoned it lacked cheese for the cheese-pull. The strawberry lemonade though was 100000% not too sweet not too tangy. There's only one size and it's definitely shareable. This is one of those, I tried it and that's it kind of experience.

The flavor of them was pretty good, however there's a feeling to the eggrolls where you can tell they aren't fresh. They kinda taste re-fried/re-heated which almost makes them stale. Not sure what the situation is there. The drinks though? On POINT. The strawberry lemonade was not super sweet, but the taste still came across. Same for the iced tea, and the fruits in that made it even better. If they could figure out the egg roll shell part and add a boba straw for the iced tea to get all those fruits up, I'd give em 5 stars.
