It's a huge hangar type space filled with locals bustling in for their morning coffee. My typical way to know if I'll like a coffee shop is if their cappuccino is only offered in one (or two) sizes. House-made bialys, savory danishes with coconut greens and pork belly, sweet danishes with black tea and roasted rhubarb, plus a rotating lineup of cookies and tea cakes. Everything looks like it's made with real care, and the bakery side (Grist) clearly takes the craft seriously. One heads-up: there's no WiFi. If you're hoping to post up and grind through a few hours of work, this isn't the spot for it--plan on a shorter visit or bring a hotspot. And, the customer service is probably even more outstanding. This particular Copper Mountain Coffee location has two sides to accommodate cars, and walk-up traffic like myself on one particular occasion. Keep in mind that because there are probably 2-3 employees at a time working, the pace of obtaining your drink is slightly a little slower than usual. Just be patient- quality beverages are being made with care. You can't go wrong with making a stop here.

Over my past visits I was told several cards had nothing on them. I was advised to use the app. I added cards. Then I was told two more cards had nothing on them. The second to last time I went I brought all my cards. The barista wrote the number of stamps (9 and 5) and money (5.75 and 1.25). She said the others were empty. Again, I thought maybe I got my cards confused. She tossed the empties, I went on my way. Today I asked if I could combine cards. No. No worries I would get my latte with my $5.75. No. No money on that card. I paid for my drink, but it took so long a man became hostile. He honked and when I left flipped me off. None of that would have happened had the gift cards been honored. I feel like there is some serious dishonesty at Floco. That's why I had them check the cards in the first place. I go maybe a few times a year. Once I realized there was something wrong I tried to use up my cards. I went 6 times this spring through summer and should have at least 14 stamps and $7 remaining for today's visit. Plus through the years I felt one of the $25 cards wasn't honored. Make sure you get receipts AND have them write on and initial each charge on your gift cards. I personally will not go back.​
