I asked the barista if there was any way to tone it down, and she offered to remake it on the spot. I was surprised at such quick and easy customer service- thank you! The re-made latte was good, but I believe the brand of syrup they use may just have that off-putting taste. Many people love this chain, so take it with a grain of salt. They have assorted baked good, and even some gluten free and vegan items. The wraps look delicious, and my sister had an all-natural granola bar that was truly wonderful- filled with nuts, dates, coconuts and other yummy components.
