I have friends getting their lashes done in the Bay Area, and they don't look nearly as pretty or natural as mine. I've also had a facial and it was the best experience. I feel so relaxed and my face was amazing for weeks! In this day and age, trying to find quality people using quality products and doing quality work is honestly rare. When I arrived, a young lady who was doing nails asked if she could help me. I told her I was there for my eyebrows. Shortly after, she began speaking in Spanish, complaining about customers, saying how rude some are, how some have bad vibes, and how she has to pretend to be nice to certain people. I believe she assumed I didn't understand Spanish, but I understood every word. I stayed quiet the entire time because I didn't want to risk having a bad experience with my eyebrow service if I spoke up. As a customer, I should be able to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed and comfortable, not sit there listening to employees bad-mouth other customers. This experience left a very bad impression on me. If this is how staff speak about customers while others are present, I can only imagine what they say when no one is around. Beware! Unless you enjoy listening to employees gossip and complain about their customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in any customer service establishment.
