The entire staff tried to assist me with finding this item - Russian folk instrument Gusli. I was very surprised and pleased with this level of service. Everyone was so personally invested. I found my item and remain so happy with my purchase. If you're looking for items in store, I recommend asking the staff. Also, get the items you want immediately, don't wait or the might be in their new home!

This used to be a shop with great choices and prices - not so much anymore. I have tried several…read moretimes over the past months ( hoping that I just stopped in on a bad day ), but although they still have a nice selection... their prices are ridiculous!! Honestly, by shopping sales at the store I get better prices than here. I do not know who is doing the pricing, but this is a Consignment shop... a place where people go to get good deals. Hopefully someone will pay attention because this shop is in a nice area, easy to park and get in and out. But it seems that they are putting specialty boutique pricing on mid range clothing products. I still love consignment shops (Revolve in Mayfield has higher end clothing, very good customer service and better pricing!), so hopefully Its So You will change course and I can be a customer again.

Located on the East Side of Mentor near the Walmart you will find a big store well stocked with clothes and household goods. Every week they have one color that is 50% off and if you can make it on a Wednesday all colors except for one is 50% off. For the clothing and most other items they have gone to a pricing system where all items in a category are the same price, i.e. all shirts are $4.99. The majority of the store is clothing with a good sized men's department and a larger women's department. The racks are usually well organized you can find what you want without too much trouble. What I would like is for the price lists to be more prominently posted around the store. Over the years I have found some very nice suit jackets and button-down shirts at this store. Occasionally I have found some good pairs of shoes and other clothing items. The rest of the store includes a small selection of furniture, kitchenware, art and other items. Most of these items are a bit lower quality or are priced a bit too high for my preferences. I do shop these items, but it has been a while since I have found anything worth buying. Mentor Salvation Army Thrift is a good thrift store, mainly for clothing. The store is a bit rundown, but the staff is nice and do keep the store well organized. Good for wardrobe staples but you have to shop carefully to find any real gems.

Darlene is a delight, the Aunt of the store owner. I love boutiques that offer items not found elsewhere. The price points are also good--makes you want to buy more. I found a very cute top that will be a staple. The dressing rooms are adorable and the store is very cute. I will definitely go back when in town.
