For there was an 06 plate Corsa, which may as well have been a spanking new Bentley compared to my 1995 banger, which cost more to repair than buy. Why not apply for finance, I thought. I had just gotten my first mortgage a few months earlier. Of course, the application was initially declined for some reason. But Jeff, co-owner, told me not to worry. He would get me the car, and at a reasonable rate. Tickle my chin and call me Deirdre, for that car I now drive. Polished to within an inch of its life, you could drink beer out of the alloys, fully MOT'd and serviced. Jeff was true to his word, riding roughshod over the traditional stereotype of the dodgy used car salesman. Wingray doesn't have the biggest forecourt, but given its space constraints the range of motors is great, from family cars to more sporty and luxurious models. Next time I'm buying, I know where I'm going.

It started with them ordering the wrong car, then they messed up the finance leaving me to pay for two cars for two months. I have to scrap ice from the inside of the windscreen on cold and frosty day, not something you expect to do in a brand new car. Then to top it off, they lied about the car coming with a service plan. When I booked the car in for its first service they told me that I would have to pay as it didn't have a service plan. I told them that the sales person told me that it did. They replied by saying "prove it". Don't go anywhere near this dealer, they are disgraceful and will leave you with nothing but problems and out of pocket. Awful awful awful

Then I went on to find they hadn't even changed the air filter! As I am quite mechanically handy, I know for a fact that new oil is a golden brown colour and after checking mine 2 minutes after driving out of Vauxhall to find it was black was a dead giveaway!!!! I was paying £21 a month for this service through service club which comes to £250 plus pounds a year for the pleasure!!!. Therefore cancelled my D/D straight away. Money for old rope!!!! therefore I will be doing my own service in future.

This company is a sham. Sold me a car knowing it was faulty. They apparently serviced it the day I…read morepicked it up but on the way home it had two separate warning lights. They had the car back within 24 hours of me picking it up and have had it ever since. Even the car finance company have agreed that it was faulty and cancelled down the finance and yet they are still holding my contribution payment. I have now had to start a charge back with my bank. This has been going on since May 6th. Do not trust this company at all both sales person and manager are soo determined to hit their targets by all means possible. I would never recommend them, go to BMW or Mercedes direct, they actually sell road worthy vehicles!

Bought my wife's Fiat 500 Twinair from this dealer and received great service. Took it for its…read morefirst MOT and what a difference. During the day they (a)lost the car and then (b) managed to damage the bodywork, requiring paintwork. Now we live a good journey away but I have always been a believer in staying with the dealer you purchase from. Loyalty etc. Long story short they had three goes at repairing it, during which time it clocked a staggering 800 miles and used a large amount of fuel, and it's still not fixed properly. Be warned the body shop they use is miles away and your car will be driven by god knows who to take it there. Be doubly warned as whilst there on my 2nd visit for paintwork I saw someone elses shiny white pride and joy being serviced. The front bumper cover had been removed and was laying face down on the concrete. Not good paractice. I pointed it out to the service manager who advised "it wasn't my concern"! Being honest I was supposed to get in touch with the Manager of the facility after I returned from summer holiday, with a view to getting things sorted out, but my wife and I are both self employed and frankly don't have the time or inclination to chase something that in my opinion should be a priority to any business that has "screwed up". We have decided that we'll trade the car in and it will be our last Fiat, and my advice is that if you're thinking of buying one then fine but DO NOT let them service it. They don't care.
