I won a raffle for a hydrafacial and this was a much needed pamper session. I was greeted by 2 wonderful ladies at the front desk who checked me in. After waiting a few minutes in the lobby I went into the room where the facial would be done. The table you lay on for facials was so cozy and warm I didn't want to leave. Ella did a wonderful job, she explained everything she was doing and was so gentle too. She had a super light hand which I love. I did dermaplaning as an add on. My skin feels so good! I don't remember the last time I had a facial but I will be consistent. At the end she recommended other treatment for the future. I'm always looking for good deals on Botox. I saw one here that was 20 units of Botox, a lip flip and $100 in credit for a future appt. I had a consult with Kennedy and she let me know exactly what I needed. I made the appt, and when I went in, I asked for numbing cream since I'm a huge wuss and scared to death of needles. They applied the numbing cream and let it take effect. She told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it and the results are wonderful!! I just need the rest of my face done now and it won't be too long before I do it. I've been to a few places and this one is by far, the best. They're always very friendly, the office is really clean (they even provide coasters) and they aren't pushy, at all. I went to Naked MD once and they made me leave a positive review before I left the office!! It was super weird and kind of rude!! Look Lab never asked for anything, I did this all on my own.
