It took multiple phone calls and voice mail messages to finally speak with the agent who informed me that the underwriters were trying to work something out and they would get back with. Multiple emails later with no response, it was clear the agent was ignoring my calls and emails, which I did call out in my final email. At no time was I given referrals to another company. So as I said, I don't find Dearborn Agency to be reliable or responsive.

No one is available to take a simple phone call and they are always too busy. People don't want to work nowadays and rather work from home without any accountability . LARGE insurance companies have gotten too big for their bridges and we the consumers must expose them.
