Absolutely terrible service. If you have issues, plan on resolving yourself. You get lots of excuses, no results. Phone was on speaker and LC didn't realize it and made very rude comments because I questioned her document which lacked detail. I put up with this nonsense for years and had enough when they simply quit responding to my requests for assistance regard Allstate errors. I switched to a new agent. Worst experience with the owners of this agency in 40 years of dealing with various insurance companies. Buyer beware! Reading the other reviews, they are SPOT ON. DO NOT even bother wasting your time! You will have ongoing issues that never get resolved and people that do not care about you but care about commission in thier own pocket! I've been dealing with an issue from 2015 and it has yet to be resolved! Amanda removed my exex fr the policy and left his debt in my name! The people here won't return calls or emails! I had to drive an hour to show up at the office for them to tell me it wasn't my debt to be dealing with it again 2 years later! They are all liers, my address they had listed was even a fake address so everytime I called in I never knew what to tell them! HORRIBLE customer service with rude people that just lie! read more

I have had the worst experience with this insurance agency!!!! The only reason they get one star is because you have to do at least one. I have had an ongoing issue with my homeowners policy since Feb. Here it is the end of May and the only reason I got a response today is because I called THEM! The agent claims she didn't get emails I sent (which they show as sent to her) They said they were going to suspend my payment until the situation was corrected and today I go into my account and there is a debit from them for $400. The agent did not contact me before hand to tell me the issue had been corrected so this was a shock. When I talked to her she was uncaring and cold. I have been with them for a while and my payments are always on time. I feel the customer service I received during this ordeal was subpar to say the least. This place does not value its clients and their rates are ridiculous. I will be going somewhere that values it's customers. read more
