I was determined to find the right quote to fit my budget and applied on an afternoon and received a reply with a quote from Duane Detlor with an estimated quote and a kind reply saying that he was done for day, but we'd be in touch the next day. He contacted me and I felt immediately at ease (as some agents seem to lack personality) speaking about my need for home insurance. We went through basic questions about my home and verified it all while on the phone. Within minutes I was given a quote that almost had me fall off the chair. I felt God's light shine through the clouds (I kid you not) as I couldn't believe what I had heard. Out of curiosity I asked how much for auto and home would cost as a bundle and there I go again, nearly on the floor (hahahaha). I'd been overpaying for car insurance for years, but Duane saved me over $50.00. Thank God for His guidance and leading me to Detlor Insurance. Give them a call and a chance to earn your business.

We HAD to call to add a new vehicle and a new driver to our account. We've lost 4 hours of time over the last week doing this and playing phone tag with them. As of today, we called back to make sure everything was good, because they once again never called us back. They informed us the rates went up over the weekend and we had to start the entire process over again AND pay the new rate when we agreed to a lower rate days earlier. They never finished the process with our CC and now we face the consequences? Unreal. Shop elsewhere. Anywhere but here. When we went to add our son to the policy we joked for months about the probability of this happening again. But didn't expect to be this floored by the utter incompetencey.
