    This is the review for Progressive Company not the one I picked. It doesn't allow you to pick just…read morethe company. I called the 800 number and unfortunately after a few weeks and being told they would back date the policy they didn't follow through and still want me to pay $50.75. I pay my policy consistently in full and have never missed a payment for the life of the policy, 5+ years! Well, this time, after sending payment and documents I received a bill. I called and they said that they never received the signed documents that I sent through docusign. I was told to print and send, I did, but for some reason or another they were rejected, numerous times and I kept resending. Finally, cleared and partially taken care of. I was told don't worry they would back date it. That should have cleared everything but it didn't. They didn't back date it to clear it and left me owing $50.75. Sad! I don't know why the signature capture didn't go through and as a loyal customer I would have thought they would have made it right. Knowing that I always pay in full and have always turned in the documentation on time. I don't think it was my fault or theirs. There was a glitch in the system. The fault is them not back dating it to clear it. Just as a customer courtesy. I came to them on principle and I guess I'm going to leave them the same way! It's a shame and for that you get an "F"! You lose 2 policies for sure and a possible 2 more. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
