Her overwhelming positive attitude and amazing personality compelled me to write this review. We HAD to call to add a new vehicle and a new driver to our account. We've lost 4 hours of time over the last week doing this and playing phone tag with them. As of today, we called back to make sure everything was good, because they once again never called us back. They informed us the rates went up over the weekend and we had to start the entire process over again AND pay the new rate when we agreed to a lower rate days earlier. They never finished the process with our CC and now we face the consequences? Unreal. Shop elsewhere. Anywhere but here. When we went to add our son to the policy we joked for months about the probability of this happening again. But didn't expect to be this floored by the utter incompetencey.
