I'm understanding and say it ok just take it shorter here and there and she kinda does but then doesn't stop and cuts off and makes it unfixable.. gets to cutting my edges and takes off a good amount on one side and about takes off my sideburns on the other side.. rather shave my head then come back again..

However they really only do what they think looks goods they will try to talk u out of styles or colors. And when u try to tell them that ur not happy they don't listen to you they only listen to the other stylist that are saying "THAT LOOKS REALLY GOOD " and if you try disagreeing they get butt hurt and then they blame it on you. They screwed up my hair I told them before I left about things I didn't like and my feelings were dismissed and I left in tears. I called to get it fixed I even sent them a message on an app they use. It took me 3 days to talk to the stylist and then she told me it's my fault and she did her best but I know she didn't and instead of trying to fix it she just told me that I'm a problem client and she doesn't want to do my hair ever again . And I was over charged for something I didn't like not want. Since she doesn't even want to try and fix it I'm asking for a refund but now nobody's answering me and the person I want to talk to is gone till next week sometime I'm told which I know isn't true. This salon is like high school the poplar stylist stick together and tell the other stylist how good they look so ppl feel bad when they aren't happy, I'm never going back to this salon

I went to get my hair lightened they turned me orange and yellow told me to come back they brought…read moreme back 3 days in a row Still was orange and yellow ended up frying my hair I called guest services to get my money back they told me I could I sent pics they offered to fix it I said I've been there 3 times already so I made an appointment at another salon got it right the first time so that was over two months ago first time they told me my refund was on its way told me 7 to 14 days ok no big deal well over two wks so I emailed her back she said oh they didn't issue it yet they did now give it a wk another 2 wks or better I call guest services and talk to someone else they said the check was issued on the 19th of feb it should have been then give it a few days see if it comes maybe u threw it away ok maybe gave it a wk called back a wk later explained to her what was going on she puts me on hold told me they haven't even issued the check yet she the notes where I've been calling she Apologized she said iam sending it to level 2 u should have it by fri well that was a wk ago still nothing and the District leader hasn't even followed up to see if I've gotten it or tired to make it up worst customer service I've ever had!

We had asked her for no guard on the sides to a 3 on top like a military cut. I showed my spouses hair for an example. She buzzed his hair completely! He has no bangs and the no guard hair only went up to the bottom of his ear. The manager tried to fix it, but it was too messed up to do anything for. I was not happy at all, and no one tried to make up for it. We still paid full price minus military discount. I will never go back to this location. They need to train the Katelynn girl a lot more!! There is nothing wrong with asking for help when you mess up, but you don't hide the screw up until another stylist sees it then try to get help. My sons hair is so messed up.

First washed streight out after setting for 3 days 100$ second attempt I…read moreasked for blonde thick highlights with dark brown , 130$ and 5 hours later my hair got fried and turned out yellow I asked numerous times if blonde/ style was doable and if not I didnt want it done because I didnt want yellow hair I was assured numerous times it wouldnt 5 HOURS later it was chemically burnt and YELLOW no highlights no brown she bleached my entire head ! Never going back .
