No matter how I requested my hair, she would extremely style it afterwards, so I couldn't tell how well she actually cut it. After washing my hair at home, I would realize just how crooked she cut it. My last visit really upset me to the point I will never go back. She was combing out my wet hair and it was tangled,. I saw her looking angry while she ripped through my hair, instead of taking her time. Again I was left with a crooked cut and severely damaged by her ripping my hair out. I will go elsewhere, so I dont have to recut my hair once I get home. Maybe Mandy needs to retire at home and not move her business there. She often complained about her other clients, the color they wanted, if someone wanted a perm, people who were always showing up early or late. Seems she's just tired of her career, again she needs to retire or change her mindset. I can't be the only one who feels this way, or maybe she just doesn't like me ????????

It costs barely more than famous and quality is ten times more. If you are looking for DIFFERENT though...they do a pretty good job. No one will deny the price is wonderful. But the different can sometimes throw a wrench in things. They still do a good job. But I'm not sure if they are just used to the same old...it takes a special place to handle updated different things. They do a great job jumping into the fray every time I throw something new at them. I used to spend double in Zanesville. There is a difference. But when you balance everything and with how great the staff is I can't imagine a better place in Cambridge.

However they really only do what they think looks goods they will try to talk u out of styles or colors. And when u try to tell them that ur not happy they don't listen to you they only listen to the other stylist that are saying "THAT LOOKS REALLY GOOD " and if you try disagreeing they get butt hurt and then they blame it on you. They screwed up my hair I told them before I left about things I didn't like and my feelings were dismissed and I left in tears. I called to get it fixed I even sent them a message on an app they use. It took me 3 days to talk to the stylist and then she told me it's my fault and she did her best but I know she didn't and instead of trying to fix it she just told me that I'm a problem client and she doesn't want to do my hair ever again . And I was over charged for something I didn't like not want. Since she doesn't even want to try and fix it I'm asking for a refund but now nobody's answering me and the person I want to talk to is gone till next week sometime I'm told which I know isn't true.
