Hubbs came around noon on Friday and immediately refused to do any work as they needed to "order parts" and would be back on "Monday". This particular weekend's high was 35 degrees and google turned up 18 search results for stores that sell these kinds of parts. Hubbs did not care, they callously refused to do any work on Friday regardless of the fact we had 3 children under 12 and 2 small animals living in a home that couldn't get above 50 degrees all weekend with the use of space heaters. They did arrive on Monday and have allegedly fixed the heat with a part smaller than my fist in under an hour. All in all Hubbs has proven to be a lazy, unmotivated and uncaring company not worth anyone's time or money. Avoid at all cost
