I called Capitol City Plumbing twice to identify and repair a leak. They charged me both times,…read moreclaiming the leak was in my toilets. They even cut a hole in my bathroom wall. The leak continued, so I called CCP again, requesting that they return, for the 3rd time, to fix the leak. They refused to come back or refund my money. They actually had the gall to tell me that when one leak is repaired, it could cause another, and that was what was happening. I called another plumbing company. The new plumbing company was able to identify the leak (not guess like CCP) and made the necessary repairs. The actual cause of the leak was the pressure valve outside the house. The new plumbing company repaired the leak, and I have had no other issues since they made the correct repairs.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. I…read moreactually got a recommendation for these guys from our neighbourhood group and had to call these people because of a plumbing emergency. The only 5 star review MUST be a lie. Long story short - Serviceman charged us $396 to replace a faulty shower cartridge which costs $20 at Home Depot, claimed it costs more because they provide warranty on it, how a $20 piece can cost 10times more in warranty- go figure! Used a $20 removal tool -how can his job be worth $356!!! He wrote in his 'report' that he "rebuilt a moen shower wall"!! Let me tell you that said 'rebuilding' took 10min! My mistake - told the lady on the other end (when I called them) that it was an emergency (which it was) and got totally taken advantage of!! I am reporting them to BBB.

He trippled the price Todd gave me. Phillip fought with me, cussed at me, and held me captive with my car apart. I had no choice.Phillip crashed my car and didn't fix it while he had it. I'm hearing Phillip is gone now but Daniel and everyone else is perfect. If not for the quality of work and professionalism Mr. Daniel showed me this would be a 1 star review. I had some minor gate damage after the hurricane and Ryan Brewer Fence had recently installed a wooden fence for my mother. Southern Pride Pressure Washing is an amazing group to work with…read more I hired them to clean my multiplex property. They offered a good service at a competitive rate. My property benefitted from the maintenance effort by cleaning the exterior, and getting rid of a couple wasp nests that popped up. They didn't damage my landscaping, either. (I had problems in the past with other companies that ended up chemically burning the leaves.) Southern Pride was great. They have a trailer with all of their pumps & hoses. They set up quickly, prepared the area, and got to work with minimal fuss. They made short work of the job, and my townhouses are brighter and the windows are clean, and the walkways look new again. (They got rid of a couple stains in the concrete that I thought would never come out.) I am planning to use them for my commercial property twice a year at the end of Spring (pollen season) and fall (leaves). I am happy to recommend them for your pressure washing needs.
