Cons: Two technicians arrived and one pulled the truck SO close to our home, that he ran over the irrigation system (which was visible above ground due to the circular irrigation cover). Water began flowing out and we couldn't figure out where our water shut off was. $75 to a plumber, $100 to one irrigation company, and $600 to another irrigation company later, we finally had our sprinklers fixed. It was 2 broken pipes and a valve that had broken. Mack originally agreed to pay $250 for the fix (before the diagnosis). After we discovered how much the fix was, we sent him the invoice. We had hoped he'd do the right thing and cover his company's mistake. Instead, it took multiple phone calls (by my husband only, he would never answer the phone when I called), to finally get him to send a payment. In the end, he only sent $225. I now know not to use this company in the future.

After the second time, we were informed that we were to pay for THEIR mistake! They knew the second order was wrong (again) and wasn't what we wanted, but delivered to our home anyways, without calling or even knocking on the door. They dropped off the items and took off. Then sent a bill to us in the mail. We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and they are UNWILLING to fix their mistake. A company should be able to admit their mistakes and take responsibility for them. We were not even upset the orders we wrong...mistakes happen everyday.
