I usually book in advance because the wait time can be very long, but if you get on their wait list for an appointment sooner when cancellations happen you can get in a lot faster. I like the relationship that Dr. Niles and her staff always make an effort to cultivate and continue each visit. It might be months since I have been last in, but the concern and care is 100% real and valid each visit and I feel very taken care of here. The front desk staff also know me by now, and I am welcomed in for each return visit warmly. I truly value these kinds of connections in a dental visit, because dental work causes me a tremendous amount of anxiety and stress. I feel so calm these days going in, because I know Dr.Niles is going to take great care of me, and her staff are reflecting this value too. I definitely recommend this business, and don't get too turned off by the wait - like I said, check out that cancel list they have to get in sooner.

I avoided the dentist for years due to mental health struggles, anxiety, and shame. Niles changed everything. From my very first visit, the staff met me with empathy, understanding, and genuine kindness. They never made me feel judged or rushed, and instead offered support and compassion every step of the way. They've not only improved my dental health, but also my overall wellbeing. If you're neurodivergent, struggle with mental illness, or have avoided the dentist due to fear or past experiences, I truly cannot recommend Niles Family Dentistry enough.

I was fortunate that my predecessor as well as a colleague recommended Alleman Family Dental (both of whom underwent dental procedures I might add (aside from just the annual cleanings). I find the staff in the office to be very approachable and personable. Whitney at the front desk (don't call her Brittany, she doesn't like that) is also very sweet and she is always open to chatting with me a bit when I check in. You see, I get a bit nervous at the dentist office and can be a bit more chatty than usual. The new facility is really beautiful. On bike I had a bit of a challenge finding it but I do not anticipate any problems the next time I head that way. The new waiting room is super comfy and if you prefer the great outdoors there's a table and chair there as well. Now to the good stuff. I have visited this office (and their previous office) many times for various things (night guard, cavities, mouth cancer screening checks, cleanings) and have had a pleasant experience each time (well you know aside from my typical anxiety panic when drills may be involved). Dr. Dan has always been happy to take time to answer and discuss any concerns that I have. I never feel rushed and I always feel that I am a valued and appreciated patient. These are the qualities that I look for and value in a health care provider. To note I have not had any billing concerns arise (other than a bill that didn't seem to make it's way to me via snail mail - so I received a late notice - the front desk gals were attentive and helpful to get this squared away). It is my understanding that with any medical office (primary care physician, dentist) it is my responsibility as the patient to reach out to my insurance company directly to confirm quoted/anticipated costs. Medical offices deal with many people, some insured, and some not and though they do their best to navigate the many plans I have found it best to take responsibility upon myself if I want to confirm costs in anticipation of any treatments. Finally I just want to note that headphones and free range of Netflix is available to those who are undergoing dental procedures (I found this rather exciting, though yes, I was still aware that a drill was around and in my mouth). If you need a new dental office I highly recommend this one.

I actually had first went to Fox Creek Dental where I was quoted a way more expensive plan, so I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Dr. Juan Sauza. From the moment I met their tight group and Juan himself, I immediately felt more comfortable and decided to give them my business; not to mention they offered a much more reasonable price! Everyone here is funny, charismatic, incredibly knowledgable and worked with my ever-changing work schedule perfectly. I began my plan pre-pandemic and considering the amount of work that needed to be done in addition to being compliant with my insurance, I had appointments all throughout 2020 and into 2021. I felt undoubtedly safe as they took every precaution during COVID-19. Ask Juan about his "spaceman helmet" he used during some of those appointments! :) All in all, as my dental work is now completed, everyone here now just feels like family to me. I know I can call them any time if I have questions or need some type of adjustment. If I weren't moving back to California soon, I can assure you this would continue to be my permanent dentist office. Thank you Avanti!

We have been with Dr. Sauza for the last 17 years, and are nothing but thankful and grateful we have him as our dentist. I have three kids, now 17, 15, and 13, and they have all grown up with Dr. Sauza and his amazing staff and we wouldn't have it any other way. They are fabulous, caring, gentle, and detailed, and the communication is terrific. They work hard to schedule my kids consecutively so I only have to make one trip. Some years I have had to call to get a yearly summary for our expenses there, and that comes within the day via email. Their billing employee is efficient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and has been that way for the 14 years I've been a patient. When we were going back between the orthodontist and Dr. Sauza, his staff got us appointments quickly so the kids could have their wires off for cleaning and then get back to the orthodontist for service. When the kids needed a water pik and stronger fluoride options during those braces years, he had the products in the office (at the same price that Costco sold them) so that we could get taken care of right away. I saw that another reviewer did not have the same experience as I have, which is unfortunate. I have only had positive, wonderful experiences with Dr. Sauza. It's such a great place that when my kids were little, I brought one home from the dentist and she told her sister that she just came back from there and the little one came running to me and cried, "How come I didn't get to go to the dentist?" It really is that great.

The shape of my guard is not correct and my jaw momentarily caught on the guard during the exam. Dr. Murray's office is refusing to make good on the guard. In fact, if I had been informed that my dentist was no longer here before I came in last month, I would have cancelled my appointment and made other arrangements for a new dentist in a group. I called the group I had contacted when making my choice last summer and asked to get an appointment with them for my next cleaning. It is not much farther away, but I will not be able make a bus connection to it as I had this one. But close enough to get a friend ride or a ride share. I also noticed when I called to cancel the next appointment that they are still using the recorded message that both dentists are available and gave emergency numbers for both. That was very misleading also. I want to reiterate that the glowing reviews on Yelp from past years do not represent the current status of this practice. I did not see any of the former staff last month. It's really a shame.
