Tech came out around 11 am and worked until around 3 pm. Cost me over 2000 dollars. 4 hours after he left, the ac froze up and quit working again. I called and was told dispatch would call me right away with an appointment (mind you, I was hoping that I wouldn't have to spend another hot sleepless night.) After an hour and having received no phone call, I called back. The answering service told me that they were at capacity for the night and someone would call me in the morning to set up a new appointment. I'm sorry, what!? I just paid a months wages to fix my problem and you can't be bothered to send somebody out because its 8:30 pm? So I can just be hot another night and day? Unbelievable. Don't believe their stupid commercial talking about "we're not comfortable until you are." I'm sure they are going to dun me for more money tomorrow to fix what they failed to fix today. I dont trust this company anymore and I urge anyone who cares to avoid these clowns at all cost! There are other options in the Lufkin area.

Connected with Mike, who found…read moretime to stop by and check out my system inherited from previous owner and not utilized in a couple of years. Instead of trying to sell me a system he listened and made his assessment and opinion after first checking out my system, ensuring components were in working order, then advising me to put in a completely different thermostat b/c the one installed was 20 years old, required software updating (which probably had never been executed over the years) and corrected some INCORRECT WIRING ISSUES A PREVIOUS SERVICEMAN from another company completed less than a month earlier. Mike and his partner worked right in front of me educating me with all the answers to my inquiries and actually steering me AWAY from doing additional work at that time telling me the parts I questioned were still in good operating condition and didn't need replaced yet. THAT NEVER HAPPENS! Usually, customers are gouged and met with astronomical new figures to put in new systems when you just might not need one. Both of these servicemen then informed me they desire to build their reputation on good, honest work and NOT taking advantage of customers. INTEGRITY FOLKS, INTEGRITY. The VALUE of their services rendered was very reasonable and didn't kill my pocketbook. Mike did inform me they DO have new systems and prefer to keep the local economy going so they use readily available parts here same day rather than have to order parts that could take two weeks. I am a new client of theirs and this isn't my first nor second rodeo. They have EARNED my future business and I look forward to their return this Spring when it's time to run a servicecheck and maintenance review for the summer hot heat season.

They are by far the best I have ever used. There products are great quality and their service is second to none. I'm always impressed with the knowledge of their service personnel. They are professional, very polite, and always on time for appointments. Pricing is more than fair and they have gone over and above to hold costs to a minimum. In one instance their tech "Bruce" came to service a unit in a house just purchased and he took the serial number of the unit and called around the area to determine where it had been purchased. It turned out it was still under warranty and saved us well over a $1000.00 for replacement. The "Best" in the area bar none! Buzz Dutton Nacogdoches

I thought that was excessive, but they said it was because it would take all day, and so paying for the line plus two people to work all day was why it would be so expensive. Well, I thought this was a Christian company, and I had to have it done ( or take cold showers ! Brrr!) so I agreed. The next day, sure enough, two men came out with a ditch digger, and ran over and broke my metal ramp, and finished the job in about two hours! Great, I thought, now it won't cost so much. But, NO! They charged the same price. I called to talk to the business manager, and they said since it was a quote, they don't adjust the price- even though they were done in two hours.
