Inept lier ripped us off, had to have him Back several…read moretimes. the last time I was told I was a lier by his wife and I let her have it I dont care when you take my money, and do poor work and have another contractor come and get shocked by wires that he was suppose to have removed that's wrong. he left other old cloth covered wires going over a metal box connecting to new hot wires and now says he never fit that when I hired him to remove and replace all the old wire. he is a lier his wife is not good at all at customer service and when I let her have it in the phone they called the police. So I in return called them. This is not over I plan on written g a report with a signed testimony from the hvac guy to prove it happens and sending this all to The Texas Department of Registration and Licensing. about this company in hopes they don't continue to do these poor practices of unsafe electrical work. my fear is my house catching fire do to his inept way of performing his job.

That employee explained everything about the County & State laws where I had to replace my old system with an aerobic septic system. He also drew a map of my yard and gave me my options to get a functional and legal septic system. The next day Truss gave me a firm bid for the entire project including the Nacogdoches County permit. I was concerned about potential damage to my valuable landscaping. Within a month Truss and Son came out with their powerful digging and trenching equipment and finished the project in one day...including downloading the very heavy concrete septic system into the ground. The heavy digging machines were in contact with my conifer trees. They squeezed the new septic system within my landscaping without harming any of my trees or bushes.
