Great company, great rates, great service!…read more Rented a bounce house yesterday for a party we had. I booked it on line and their website was very straight forward and simple to navigate. When I was done I received an a detailed email receipt then a day prior a phone call. They showed up exactly when they said and the set up took maybe 10 min and they were off. The pick up was the same! Excellent job, thank you!

Terrible company, will not be using in the future. To start on the day of the party we contracted…read morethem for the driver showed up 20 minutes before the party to set up a large water slide, more irritating though was that we were unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for over 2 hours attempting to reach them by phone, email, and instagram message, finally after all of this we were contacted by the driver and informed he would be there in 30 min, which was closer to an hour. As annoying as this was the worst part was their pickup method. We told the driver they could pick up between 7 and 8PM if they needed to, 8 PM came, no driver, 9PM came, no driver, we figured they would be here in the morning, assuming so since this company is not big on communication. When I checked my backyard at 6AM I saw the slide was gone. I checked on my neighbors cameras and saw that the drivers showed up after 10PM and decided to trespass on my property and remove the slide. When I called the company to notify them I spoke with a receptionist and told her I needed to speak with the owner immediately, over 24 hours later still no response from the owner, I called them again and still no response from the owner. Apparently having their employees trespass in the middle of the night is not a big deal for this company! Save yourself the trouble and go with a professional company for your inflatables.

Oh crap. I feel guilty. I've been working so hard on saving money these couple of months and here I…read morego spending like a mad woman for my toddler's birthday party! I've been doing so well, too, like I cut off my threenager 's ballet class cuz she didn't really like it, I just made her do it cuz it was so darn cute. I don't eat out much anymore and I haven't bought any new clothes and shoes since...uhhh last year? (FYI, the ones from Hawaii were gifts.) Plus, I just pluck my own eyebrows but I get lazy nowadays. I don't care if I look like Magnim PI, I'm not paying $40 for wax or threading on my face! We've always had a low key for our daughter 's birthday, but since this is the first year she had actual friends, I thought it would be fun to have a little party to celebrate her birthday. But then I had a horrific picture of 20 toddlers running around at our place for six hours and I panicked! I've never hosted a party like that before. I looked on Yelp and found this company, left a message, and less than 24 hours later, Amanda responded. She sent me a form online and I returned it ASAP to book the date. I didn't even have to pay a deposit! A few days later, Amanda confirmed the date. They're usually busy with events so I had to leave a message each time I called them, but Amanda responded quickly and professionally. Everyone fell in love with Marcus, the balloon guy! Even me!!! He was fun, creative, and very likable. All the kids enjoyed their balloons. Many of our guests took his business card, they thought $125/hour was reasonable. I cringe when I think about how much I spent on that, especially since the kids popped all the balloons. I could've just saved that for her college fund. Next year, though, we're gonna have to stick with cake and ice cream...maybe without the friends. They play at the park everyday anyway. If you're okay with that price and you have that extra money to spend then Marcus is your guy!!!!

She truly cares about making your wedding planning and day of your wedding as stress free as possible and goes above and beyond. We were so excited when we found out that Corden was going to be our dj along with his assistant! Corden is such a talented and positive person and really cares about making your wedding day the best day ever, not only for the Bride and Groom but for the guests as well. During our wedding we had so many different guests coming up to us saying your Dj's are the coolest people ever!! Corden not only takes the time to interact with guests but also checked up on us throughout the day to make sure that we weren't stressed and enjoying our day. He got to know us and we instantly felt like he was our best friend. He even let us try out being the Dj! I truly believe that our wedding would have been so different without Sound Wave. Although they are a "dj service" they were WAY more than that for us and I would use them and recommend them a million times over! Thank you Sound Wave for helping to make our day THE BEST DAY EVER.

Really tried to give Juan an opportunity to make it right. I hired their company for our wedding…read moreand the service was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they ruin our isle songs by not playing the correct ones, our first dance song was ruined, our intro song was ruined, his phone went off during the service and cut music from playing. He started our first dance and bouquet tossing song prior to even being ready. We had to ask him several times to turn music up as nobody could hear it. Not only was my father extremely irritated, But I had numerous guests approach me asking what was going on. I provided two spotify playlists which were not used, music was all over the place including rock breakup songs that we had never heard prior to the wedding. The dj apologized to me on one occasion and said no more mistakes, yet he continually made them. I reached out to the owner, Juan via email and phone call. He returned my call once asking me to call him back, and it has been a few days since I've heard from him. The DJ service really helps make these moments that more special, and unfortunately rather than enjoying our day, We were irritated and stressed the entire time. We paid $700 for a service that was less than unsatisfactory. I'm not sure what happened as I've yet to recieve any sort of explanation. I believe I should've recieved a partial refund for the major disappointment we endured, but the best I can so is warn others that this is probably not the route you want to go, and if you do, hopefully you dont have the same experience because nothing will be done to make it right in any way.
