After initial inquiries with multiple auto detailing businesses in the DFW, I selected Wilson for his product knowledge, professionalism, demeanor, and effective communication. The location of his business (shared with MMotorWorx in Addison) is easy to get to and in a very clean/safe neighborhood. After discussing the ceramic coating process, I selected the Ethos Max Graphene product, which comes with a 7 year warranty. Throughout the 1 day+ process, Wilson kept me informed periodically which helped as I needed to eventually get a ride back to his work location. Upon picking up the car, the results were phenomenal, both inside and out. I look forward to washing the car for the first time to see how easy the dirt just comes off with minimal effort. I would highly recommend Dallas Detailing & Buffing....reach out to Wilson and he will take care of you. (I'm familiar with ceramic coating as I had one of my cars in CA done with the Ceramic Pro product. They "checked it" and told us the oil filter housing needed to be replaced. My husband got the part and when he got under the car to fix it, that wasn't even the problem! Nothing was wrong with the oil filter housing. Idiot at the oil place didn't TIGHTEN the drain plug on the bottom to hold the oil in!! My husband could tighten it BY HAND, it was that loose.
