I was only able to have this phone call with him after his staff assured me that my taxes were completed already and were in "review" status. My family has mistakenly given this business the benefit of the doubt time after time and now we are in the unfortunate situation where we will most likely miss the payment deadline. First, an office staff member tried to snow her with some lame excuse which was an outright lie (that once upon a time the original bank name was Philadelphia Coke). Disgraceful. It was obvious that they had somehow inter-mingled another client's financial institution information within her tax return. I tried speaking with the staff member with my mother on the phone with me. She is incredibly rude and interrupts you in the middle of your questions. On my mother's behalf with my mother's permission, I had several questions that I wanted Mr. Ron Davis to answer, so left him easily 5 messages to return my call. He has never returned my call to this day. They did correct her tax return accurately, but that experience immediately had me seek out a different accountant for my '23 tax return services. I no longer recommend them. Sloppy, rude, unprofessional.
