Worst customer service imaginable. Ignoring your clients is the lowest level of service a business…read morecan provide. They don't return phone calls or emails (I'm talking in July- not in April. That would at least be understandable.) When trusting someone with your finances, we expect someone who cares....which is why we chose a smaller Manayunk firm instead of one of the big Philly firms. Somehow, there seems to be no regard for customer care or personalized service...or any service for that matter. Since it seems clear the JEM&Assoc and our "accountant" Brian seem not to value our business in the slightest, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I don't have time to chase people who I am paying to do a service for myself and my family. If you need further clarification of the situation, it's been almost a month since my first email, a week since my follow up email asking if he had an alternative preferred method of communication, and three days since I called his office and left a message. We had to file an extension, so we are-in fact-working under a deadline. This isn't the first time we've been disappointed with their professionalism...but it will be the last.

That's shows the lack of respect the owner has for the customers. The employees have no respect including the owner. On the computer screen big and bold they show people's socials security card numbers, easily personal identity can be stolen. When people are calling and they verify instead of having the person over the phone verified the SSN in front of other customers sitting in front of them someone can easily write you're number down. You're personal information isn't safe at this tax office. They shout out people's personal business if they were locked up or in jail with their name, no shits giving. I refuse to get my tax done here. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting hey taxes done here either. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my personal information be given to them. Call them and request to remove your information out of their business. FYI the one lady in the middle blows her nose on a tissue and throws the dirty tissue on her desk meanwhile we just had COVID
