They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.

Unfortunate experience with false advertising. I PAID for a…read morecoupon which entitled me to a $2000 discount on Invisalign treatment, as well as many extras incorporated in a package deal. There were many similar deals available online, so I read the details of each one, and selected the plan with the most to offer. This offer was a scam. The 'included extras' are merely tacked onto a 'one size fits all' package price, which does not have any room to accommodate patients with less complicated issues. I have consulted with other orthodontist groups, and price for Invisalign is meant to vary depending on how much work the patient requires. This 'everyone costs the same' approach makes it much more costly for the average set of teeth. I even had recent radiographs, but was told not to send them as new ones were 'included in the package'. Again, in Anding terms, this means they are added to the package price already. So, you get $2000 off treatment, but they have tacked on $2,700 (according to my cost estimates from previous clinics) of extras that you must pay for, even if you don't need them. I questioned the wording of the deal I purchased -$49 ($2,349) for an Invisalign exam with consultation and whitening kit -Also includes $2,000 to put toward full Invisalign treatment and was informed that the $2,000 off was part of the $2,349. They were not separate despite how they were written, and the clinic would not honor the actual language of the deal. After a thorough email explaining the deal they were refusing to honor, I got a confused phone call where the financials person repeatedly explained the deal they meant to offer. I finally asked straight up if they would honor the deal that I purchased, and was told I would be called back. I never received a return call or email, and when I finally wrote back to follow up was told they had left a voicemail, and would not honor the deal, but I was welcome to try and receive my money back from the coupon agency - another dishonorable statement, there was no voicemail.

Unfortunately they were…read morenot careful in the removal process and I now have palladium/mercury poisoning and need to have chelation IV therapy to remove the heavy metals in my blood due to a chronic high platelet count. My platelet count was fine prior to my visit with Dr Hascall. My hematologist now wants to do a bone marrow biopsy to check for cancer. Stay far alway from this place for any removal of old fillings. Also, Dr Hascall seemed to be more concerned if I was fully vaxxed, which was none of his business.

The front desk staff is amazing and make you feel really welcome (almost like you've known them your entire life)...Also I'm so happy with my hygienist Lisa... She is so awesome... I have been to numerous Dental providers over the years and have had some Bad hygienists and Dental visits in general. We love coming here, they know you by name and are so friendly! Even after moving this year we plan on making the long distance drive back to Omaha to see Dr. Smith!
