Scheduled a time for him to visit us. On the day for his visit , he called my husband about coming out, then called me at work to tell me we were not in his service area and would not be able to accommodate us??? I had sent him our address and told him we were in Jackson Springs. He had no problem with this during earlier phone conversations. He said he couldn't drive 40 minutes to a site. I've lived here for 35+ years and it's never taken me 40 minutes to drive to Pinehurst. I got the feeling that "small" home improvements were not of interest to him. He said he only worked in the Pinehurst area. Very unprofessional.

Paul can also do way more than under brushing: he reclaimed an old logging road that was severely rutted, cleared and leveled a small hilltop to place a 12'x20' shed, debranched all the small trees he cut down that were 6" to 12" in diameter and stacked them for me to use at a later time, and even installed a culvert to gain access to property. The only thing I regret not doing is taking a before and after picture. That's ok though because I am going to hire him again to fix another old logging road that's even more rutted out, this time we will take pictures.
