The respect and kindness and the flexibility in working with our needs was far beyond my expectations. My mother was Orthodox Christian so the funeral and preparation was not the norm. By the next day, Eric had done his homework on what a traditional Orthodox funeral would need. He ended up telling me things that I didn't even know. Our priest was so impressed that he intends to refer fellow parishioners to them from now on.
