Greg and the guys at Austin Build Right are absolutely wonderful! I actually found Greg when I was…read moretrying to get work another contractor did fixed, and I've never called anyone else for projects since that day. They have redone our master bathroom (a complete overhaul including moving plumbing, new tile, new cabinets, everything!), they've built us an outdoor kitchen (they ran a gas line, extended our concrete patio, plumbing, built all the storage, and poured concrete countertops) and an outdoor covered patio/seating area (they built a pergola and installed a roof for us so it's weather proof). Most recently, they installed permanent outdoor lights for us. I can't say enough good things - as you can probably tell by how many times I've had Greg and the guys work at our house. Great contractors are very hard to come by and frankly, Greg is one of best I've met because he's reliable and does amazing quality work. He picks up the phone when I call, the guys always show up on time, he's very honest and transparent, his prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of work and me never having to worry about the project, and if something isn't right or I don't like it, Greg has always adjusted and fixed it to make sure I'm happy. Even if it's after the fact - for example, our faucet was leaking a few months after the guys finished the job at our house and they came out and fixed it with just one phone call. I am not kidding when I say I don't even waste my time searching for other contractors when something needs done. I just call Austin Build Right. So if you're considering getting work done on your house, call them and don't look back. They are super reliable and you won't have to worry about a thing. Not to mention you'll be so happy with the results because their quality of work is phenomenal and worth every penny.

Tony and his crew were hard working, trustworthy, meticulous, respectful and extremely proactive communicators. I had tight timelines around these few renovations. They were very flexible around timelines and able to get started within days. As any homeowner in the area can attest, it's difficult getting contractors to commit to projects less than a full house renovation or new build. Tony Lazzaretto Construction will definitely be my go to moving forward. Highly recommend!!!

Mr. Odell, from the start, was cordial, level-headed and thoroughly professional. He was very clear in communicating all aspects of the job. ESO kept a very tidy, clean work area and had total respect for our home. He completed the work in the time-frame he told us he would and the results were spectacular. The results surpassed our highest expectations. Mr. Odell is a perfectionist and craftsman who strives for the best. His price point worked well for us... not the priciest, but not the most inexpensive either. Great value! We'll call ESO Construction when it comes time to do our other bath. We enthusiastically concur with the other great reviews here.

We needed a complete over-haul incorporating the kitchen with the dining room. They reconfigured walls, moved the sink, installed a new window and new door. They replaced the cabinets and installed a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash. We ended up having them resurface and paint the living room walls since the kitchen walls looked so good (we went from textured to flat). There were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, an amazing sheetrock team and other specialists that helped with everything. All of the professionals that did work, did everything according to code and I'm happy with the end result and quality of work inside and out. Communication throughout the entire process was always constant (we had a text thread going that we could reply to anytime). They planned out the order of work and explained everything I wanted to know more about. They helped refine our design and were open to suggestions to help me make better decisions and get the results I wanted. I'm happy with how everything turned out and I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to update their house.

So I'm guessing he either forgot or he doesn't care. I get it. Austin is a booming town now and these guys have all the business they can handle, but customer service is not just a down economy thing. Darrell has a broad knowledge base on home repairs and was able to fix everything on the list quickly, and also gave his recommendation on what could wait (or what would be easy and cheaper for us to just do ourselves). Fast forward a few months-we have continued to call on Darrell for various projects throughout the house. I'm 9 months pregnant and trying to get it all done before the baby comes and Darrell has risen to the challenge. He was able to repair our outdoor kitchen, match the stonework, wire in some new lighting and helped talk us through (and out of) doing a pricey pergola addition (I appreciated his honesty!) He most recently installed closet shelving, matching the existing and mostly useless laundry room shelves (with his perfectionist attention to detail) . Being around during the day while contractors are working in the house, it's nice to find someone who not only knows their stuff but is also just a genuinely nice guy to be around.
